I know it’s subjective, but my opinion is that if Pele and the rest of that Brazil 1970 team were in their prime today, with modern kit, boots, balls, diet, fitness and training.... they’d destroy anyone, anywhere, anytime. Those guys were smoking 60 Woodbines a day, and their training was running around a blaes track for thirty laps, before lighting up another Willie Woodbine. Just my opinion.
