I meant the place on page 6. It looks like some sort of community centre/ government facility in northern Canda or Greenland, but I can't find it.

I appreciate that my reference to "feckin' polar bears" was misleading there...

Closest I can get is the Unikkaarvik Visitor Centre in Iqaluit.

It is a settlement in Canada.  The signs in both English and French would suggest that.  The stuffed polar bears are in the primary school.

Google Maps have been there.  Also, all the photos are indoors (although I could have added some outdoor ones with lots of snow!!)
