gannonball
Quite Surprised Main never went down south tbh. He would also have at least a few Scotland caps if he was playing in the current era.

Busta Nut
Alan Main seems to love dropping a cross. Was he not also a mad time bomb? Like a watered down Alan McGregor?

It was obviously made by a ***. Lots of Hearts, Dundee and Oldco. The first save was the game we needed to win to get into Europe, we did obviously. For the benefit of St Mirren fans you should probably expand on what European Football is.

Archie McSquackle
And a shite keeper that's only remembered for one thing. What was that - not gathering a cross and then moaning about the winning goal in the 1991 Scottish Cup final? That's what I remember him for.

Celtic have had plenty of European nights.
RandomGuy.
Ones one of the finest keepers of his generation. The other went on to play for Manchester United.
Munoz
Also should be remembered for giving Mark Yardley a run for his money in the massive arse competition.
Derry Alli
I'm not sure what's going on here. Did people really rate Alan Main? He's was never anything better than OK. Was good for a bit of banter and he always gave as good as he got (unlike his wife, apparently).
Ludo*1
My favourite Alan Main moment was when St Johnstone scored a last minute equaliser against us. He proceeded to do an aeroplane celebration all the way up to and round the centre circle line and back to his goal. We then went up the park and smashed a winner in. Roddy Grant was so upset he smashed the Dens Park dressing room windows in. Pleasing. Edited April 22, 2020 by Speroni*1
