Celtic have 7 times the budget of Aberdeen and 20 times that of Livi meaning that you have monumental advantages over every team in the league bar 1. You should be beating these teams with your 3rd string. Yesterday you beat Motherwell with their best player over the last 2 seasons being an unused sub on your bench. The teams in the Scottish premiership can't compete with you in the same way you can't compete with PSG. Sparta Prague, Lille, Copenhagen etc. are much closer to Celtic in terms of stature and finance, these are direct competitors for you and are a reflection of how good a team you are, to say otherwise is wrong.
