If I can ask; are you the manager? Like a change in management in the EoS Premier league (perhaps not in the know), I think it is far to early in season for changes. We have played 6-8 matches and in your conference most teams lost 2-4 matches this season. Clubs need to give managers time. I will keep referring to Musselburgh, who had an awful start to last season, but we pulled it round end ended up one of the strongest teams in league, and winning a cup and shield along the way.
