Kelly took it on opening night and it was expected. What wasn’t is the Ossoff - Perdue senate race in GA going to a runoff, which if it does (and it is currently) could have the Democrats tie the senate 50/50 if both Warnock and Ossoff win their runoffs on Jan 21. From one of them it appeared the Democrat only got thirty something per cent and is only in a runoff because two Republicans were standing against each other, splitting the vote. It will be interesting if right wing Dems, and left wing ones, tow the party line. I reckon Kamala in her stilettos will be happy to enforce a bit of discipline though.
