AyrshireTon
The two McAdams saved were actually well placed penalties.
Stoo61
Boys, well done on watching that dross tonight. Absolute gluttons for punishment. Edited March 23, 2021 by Stoo61
vikingTON
Sounds like we should have (just about) won in normal time anyway. The main point is that if we're matching Dunfermline off the back of the win at the weekend then we should be securing our league status as well. A cup run to the 4th Round or maybe the quarters with a lucky draw would be a nice bonus as well though.
DAFC.
Least surprising result ever Crawford under serious pressure nowIs he though? Think the minimum is 4th place from the board, which is still achievable. Think that will all change when these new lads take major share in the club though. Think the vast majority of fans have got the knives out for Crawford now. We are honestly so shite to watch.

The Ghost of B A R P
We reverted to giving the ball away the more the game went on, but should have won it in the 90. McPherson again showing he knows a thing or two by keeping Muirhead well away from the pens. Mon the actual Ton.

101
Just now, DAFC. said: Is he though? Think the minimum is 4th place from the board, which is still achievable. I think he is under pressure from himself, he clearly loves his job and to impress the new consortium. The current board of course want to show improvement year in year and in that sense looking in isolation finishing 4th would be job done but when you actually consider the season we have been poor in large spells and I can't see the Germans thinking this is the guy to take us forward into the team they want us to be. It's sad because he signs good players but for whatever reason he seems to have difficulty getting the most out a side we never look more than the sum of our parts and for the budget we operate under we have to squeeze more out the squad.

Brashy's Boots
Literally the least surprising thing ever. That’s 3 years in a row we’ve been pumped out the cup at the first hurdle. Bless.. -
DAFC.
Bless..We beat you 4-1 this year, lad. Don’t think Pars fans are even arsed or have thought twice about it since tbh. Wee Team mentality though: hinge on to a one-off game years after it happened.

Dunning1874
While we're evidently not always - or perhaps even often - going to look like a good one, I'm pretty confident that we're actually going to look like a football team in the vast majority of games with MacPherson in charge. That might sound a low bar, but it's a massive improvement on what we've had for most of this season. Even when things aren't coming off, basic organisation is there and you can clearly see what the gameplan is. Players are getting a platform to perform: a fortnight working with a real manager and all of a sudden Nesbitt is looking like a player again. If we can drag out draws over 90 minutes v sides in the top four while beating others as we have this week, that'll be enough to keep us up and that's the big positive to take away here. Other than a 10 minute spell late in the 90 where we were constantly piling the ball into the box and should have finished the game it was 120 minutes of tedium, but job done. Those were both really good saves from McAdams in the shootout rather than bad penalties, good to see because I think he only managed one save across three shootouts in the League Cup.
