Thanks for the game. You're making it sound a bit more comfortable for me than it actually was. For 30 plus moves there was nothing in it and I was struggling to see how to make a breakthrough. It wasn't until the ill fated knight move that turned it in my favour. Even then I had to be on my toes to stop your pawn from promoting. Good game. Also in division A Curmudgeon beats PurpleKangaroo89 by resignation. I only have 1 game from prior weeks to complete (I’m still playing Pleslie999). Rd18 I beat Arabjoe by checkmate. I thought it was quite an even opening however after castling long, my opponent wasted a bit of time which allowed me to get on the front foot.
