We should’ve postponed the game until you had all your players fit and available for selection. Sorry lads, very inconsiderate of us.

Worked for Kilmarnock and St Mirren to be fair and they probably had more players available 🤷‍♂️

Yeah it's been a bit weird seeing Motherwell fans talk as if they were playing their youth side.

Kelly, Lamie, Carroll, Crawford, Polworth, Cole, Long and Watt are all experienced players at this level, while Maguire was making his 16th appearance of the season, has more top flight experience than Rooney, and is 22.

Understand they were weak at RCB, RB, but we visited United with Rooney as a CB and McCann as a wing back and didn't collapse.

Imagine we'd struggle if we lost 3/4 starters, but Motherwells performance was a far deeper issue than simply who was in the stands injured IMO.

Look you got the red carpet treatment in advance of your cup final appearance, you should be more grateful than this.

This is it. Plenty of experienced players on the pitch. The fact they’re not very good is on Motherwell’s quantity over quality recruitment. Playing 90 minutes and managing 1 shot on goal and 5 touches in the opposition box at home against St Johnstone is embarrassing.

I'd expect more with my 5's team.

I know folk don't like it, but Motherwell scored 0.04xG for this game, lowest total by a distance any team has gotten against us in the league from 15/6 onwards.
