Laid Back Maverick
With Liam Buchanan returning to Cowdenbeath, it got be wondering who else has turned out for Raith, Dunfermline, Cowden, and East Fife? I know about Stevie Crawford, anyone else? (I'm sure there are loads that played for three - Jason Dair and Gareth Wardlaw come to mind)
Michael W
Scott McBride and Pat Clarke. Lee Dair didn't play for Cowdenbeath and so remained on the hat-trick, but he managed them briefly.

Edit: It was Jason that managed Cowden, Lee played for them (but not the Pars) Edited May 7, 2021 by Laid Back Maverick
Zen Archer (Raconteur)
If you class Kelty Hearts as a senior side, Scott McBride has played for all five.

MAGYAR1
There are two more names to this list:- Andy Matthew played for all 4 and Rangers. They bought him for £4500 from East Fife in 1958 and sold him to Raith for the same sum 2 years later. He went on to manage Raith and Cowdenbeath. Robert Gordon Forrest (more commonly known as Gordon Forrest and not be confused with Bobby Forrest who also played for Dunfermline). He played from 1972/3 to 1983/4 for all 4.
