dolly
This is extremely unfair and warrants an apology. The manager has not offered Skinner a deal and decided he wants to bring in other playersAs I said earlier, the recruitment for this season was awful. Experienced players were allowed to leave too early and for various reasons we ended up with four or five stalwarts plus some good young trialists who tended to get bullied against teams like Bonnyrigg and EK. More and more we ended up without subs and that’s all I was trying to say and when rumours are floating about good professionals potentially leaving, it’s not a good sign

A shame if true as he is a good player who has played well for the BUs this season. All will become clearer over the next weeks as to the comings and goings. Meanwhile the focus is the cup final coming up on Sunday. Anything else can wait.

Decent player but if it’s all about money and not ambition the let him leave.
Deanburn Dave
East Stirlingshire v BU highlights are on YouTube. Overall the highlights are a fair reflection of the game.

In other news…. We now have an Under 20s side. Excellent news, a step in the right direction and hopefully bodes well for the future. LongTimeLurker
That's good to see. No need to ever show up with no subs to a game again now that's in place. There's not much point having a BU branded CFC if it doesn't provide a full pathway into the first team.

seenitall
Suggested this at start of season and was told by committee member to do it myself ! Good to see BU getting this onboard at it is a must going forward .
Deanburn Dave
I can understand why BU didn't commit to this "at start if season". With nobody knowing how COVID would affect teams the BU's were hunkered down in survival mode. Now things are looking more positive it is the right time for the BU's to push on with a development team which can produce players and push the United teams onwards and upwards.Mon the BU's !!!
dolly
We’ve all had our moan about the team this season but the the boys have ground out some good results during our cup runs, at last showing some true BU grit, culminating in reaching tomorrow’s final. Well done boys and good luck.No Jamie but hopefully Michael and Dev show the way by getting right into them.Come on the BU’s
