After so much upheaval and uncertainty this year's event still proved a success.

It came within 31 fans of being the best-attended Scottish groundhop ever and for the first time 3 games got crowds of more than 400 - with those at Bo'ness and Bonnyrigg entering at #2 and #3 in the all-time list.

It also came within 1 goal of being the highest-scoring and Dalkeith 8-2 Tweedmouth enters at #2 in the all-time list.

Over the course of Saturday the total attendance since 2015 passed 10,000... a presentation was made to the organisers, before KO at Newtongrange v Tranent:

Looks like 3-4 times their usual attendance this season for Dalkeith, Easthouses, and Newtongrange, plus an extra 100 odd for Broxburn and 200 for Bo'ness.

Some cracking attendances again, I usually do my own thing but credit to Laurence Reade and all ground hoppers who made the journey.Sure most clubs appreciate the turn out, and the increased income. Wonder if and when the top crowd will be beaten ?

618 target... EOS-wise not many real big hitters left to host: possibly take an especially attractive tie at Berwick, Musselburgh, Penicuik, Tranent... alternatively: if diversify into WOS some day.
