Season is going fine, hopefully get Struan tied down for another year . Shat the bed v united. 1-0 up against falkirk before a handball own goal lead to a red card/penalty and then lost. Hit the post 2 x v motherwell and got a red card at 1-1 v Dundee. was SEETHING playing those games but we’ve got there. Switched to a very basic 442 after getting pumped off hearts in the cup and things have improved. It suits a lot of my players. We really need a 6’5 centre half to come through because the defence is an issue. I think I may have a star on my hands with this Romanian lad - good player. We were 2 up v St Johnstone so that stings a little. I’ve beat them once in 16 attempts, not sure how they’re such a bogey team for me. They are usually bottom half. The top 4 are really good. Rangers in particular. That humping they gave me, 4 goals were from aftermath of corners, not sure what I can do about that. All my men are back, we head a corner clear. They start leaving box, second ball comes in and goal. Infuriating. The youth players we are bringing through are decent, Alecu and Holt in particular. This Chalmers guy also looks good and I’ll give him more minutes.
