strichener
Highlight of the game (other than Brown's strike) was the referee not being taken in by the dramatics of Love. Who rolled about on the ground as if he had lost a leg. Referee waved play on, he eventually got up and sprinted after the ball and then ran to the referee at half time. After getting no cut he managed to introduce a hobble on his way off the pitch. Far more entertaining than the football. Aye Love is a despicable cheat and deserved to be ignored as he did it a number of times yesterday and the ref knowing he was at it should have booked him for it. As for Ryan Duncan not sure if he could be more involved by moving more central as it appeared he had the game pass him by for long spells by staying wide.

Ryan wide right and Niah wide left with Rusty in the middle, leave all three isolated. Presumably the midfielders are supposed to support more but if you stick Scott Brown at right back, that doesn't work either. Appears the three Dundee loanees have all returned to Dundee, initially anyway. Difficult to see where replacements are coming from. The rumoured left back from Airdrie doesn't seem to be the solution.
peternapper
Missing Jason yesterday left us short of options under normal circumstances a back four of Wilson, Brown, McDonald & Duffy should do the job & avoid having to use Scott Brown or McCarthy back there. Jim saying he is hoping to get two in but more will be leaving will have to see if that is all 3 from Dundee, not sure how long we can wait for Cook & decide what happens with the two we have out on loan, sadly even after a decent spell of rest Si Ferry could not last a half so a solution needs to be looked at with him as well. After all the effort put into getting Gary Fraser fixed we have stick with him & hope he comes back before the end of the season.
