I draw the line at watching bowls though. Scotland win 16-9 with an end to spare.

Mark Connolly
Controversy in the 2nd women's hockey semi final. Australia miss their first attempt in the penalty shootout, but the countdown clock hadn't started, so they got a retake. Of course, they scored, and went on to win the shootout 3-0
peasy23
Cracking game in the bowls women's pairs final. England were well in front, but Australia pegged them back to 16-16 after 14 ends. England then took two singles to lead by 2 with 2 ends to play.

peasy23
Into an extra end after the English skip saves the game with her last bowl.
peasy23
Australia win it with their skip coming up with two big shots.
Bully Wee Villa
I think they'll win the overall medal table now. There are far too many swimming medals.

peasy23
India off to a flyer in the T20 semi, 74-0 from 7 overs. Smriti Mandhana hit 50 from 23 balls, she is still there on 60.

Mark Connolly
Some really odd stuff going on in the men's hockey. Scotland played (and won) this morning without their captain Alan Forsyth, who was suspended after an incident against Pakistan, where he accidentally clipped an opponent on the chin with his stick while being fouled by said opponent. No action was taken against him at the time by the umpires, but he was subsequently banned for "breaching the code of conduct by not immediately apologizing". Meanwhile, the Canadian player who was red carded for grabbing an English player by the throat is playing against Pakistan, as apparently a disciplinary panel found there was no further sanction required. There has been no official announcement by the FIH on either incident, and it basically sums up the standard of officiating on and off the pitch across the tournament
Left Back
Have we got a chance of catching India in the medal table. The bowls boy I guess is in with a chance of gold. Laura Muir must have a shot in both the 800 and 1500. Any other gold medal hopes?
Bully Wee Villa
We are in at least one boxing final, Jake Wightman is in the 1500 metres at quarter past one, maybe a change McColgan wins again in the 5,000?

Josh Kerr is also a medal shot in that. I would guess McColgan is an outside shot at the 5,000m and the are also a few guys still in contention in the boxing.
