fifer67 Posted October 7, 2022 Share Posted October 7, 2022 Even this early in the season this falls into the cannot lose category. After what I witnessed last week I can’t see how that is possible. I was really hoping we would have a new manager in place but it doesn’t seem the board are in any hurry. One thing our caretaker manager will need to come up with is a different strategy than last weeks shambles. Seems we can’t compete physically and lose every 2nd ball . We really should try and bolster the midfield with some physicality and at least compete and let the opposition know they aren’t going to get it all there own way. Big question mark over the two full backs as they have been miles off what’s needed for weeks. In the earlier game I this season there wasn’t much between the teams but i think we have regressed since then. Our only glimmer of hope is on the road we have picked up significantly more points than at Bayview. No manager, chairman rather be elsewhere. Everything points to a home win. My 8 year old reckons we always win a Forfar though.
