Central Belt Caley
No Bovril in the pie hut should be immediate grounds for relegation IMO

PB1994
Will these 3 points count towards the table since they played 40 seconds or so with 10 men?
Stephen Malkmus
I see The Caley secured yet another victory whilst Raith bottled a point in the last minute against Morton @Raith_Raver
PB1994
It wasn’t a great game of football in all honesty. Another game where we were solid at the back. Apart from that offside goal in the first half I don’t remember Ridgers having a proper save to make and never felt in danger of losing a goal. A good goal in the first half and Boyd had another good chance early in the second half and we could have nicked one on the break with Cove pushing men forward. It was a comfortable win but not many chances created.

Couldn't agree more, for a new stadium it's a fuckin shambles, sat in a fuckin Gazebo with restricted viewing behind the goals due to limited temporary stand elevation, PA a disaster, was the guy shouting from the Burger King up the road., stadium parking has to be booked, I asked how the disabled manage and was told they have to book?? otherwise they have to find street parking, the stadium is at the end of a confined industrial area which means you park where you can and then at games end gridlock as cars struggle to leave. The game? scrappy at best as Cove resorted to 1970 Highland League desperation towards the end, they had more possession but couldn't convert, they kept knocking balls down their left side to Logan who was owned by Carson, their right side had more energy and were a bigger threat when they had the ball, I think they see Logan as their shining star but he must be on big money with little return, Sanders in defence was a shitehouse and was lucky the referee was inexperienced, or so it seemed. Boyd had a good game as did Carson and Daniel again shone, all in all a good team effort against a team with plenty of urgency but little team cohesion. Megginson was AWOL again. RossP
Really grim game. With potentially McGregor and Allardice missing for Hamilton on Tuesday, our CM needs to be better than today’s showing. Robbie Deas was imperious, whilst no-one else really stood out amongst the dross. Looking forward to seeing the red card incident back, no idea what happened.
Sir Tarmo
Another game another win for The Caley. Will we ever lose again?
Central Belt Caley
Echo the comments re. the ground tucked away in the back corner of an industrial estate and those terrible wee gazebos. Think we were good without being brilliant. Seen Macgregor on crutches after the game so that’s not looking hopeful. Allardice going off we lost that calming influence in the midfield and Hyde put himself about but doesn’t have the same passing ability. Sanders at the back for Cove was given a torrid time by Oakley for the short time he was on. Should’ve had big George on sooner imo No idea about the red card so will pass judgement.

Ref looked a bit out of his depth, never heard of him before. There was another booking shortly before that, think it was McDonagh, one of our players hit the deck but neither the ref nor the Lino seemed to see it so a mystery why he brought the card out.

Another referee incident was when one of our players shouted Boo at Dunne and he went down like a sack of tatties crying his eyes out, physios attended then left the park yet Dunne stayed on, the ref was about to blow the restart when we shouted that Dunne was still in play, only then did the ref realise his mistake and shooed Dunne off the park.
DunblaneICT
Never been at the ground but saw a clip from a match there recently and it did look a bit odd.......... Most championship matches are pretty dire to be honest and any team going up will have to invest heavily in the squad. Still ICT on a great run and can only see the other Jaggies stopping us.

It's on cheap industrial land and the infrastructure is affected by that, cheap because no housebuilder would have considered it unless he specialised in Gazebos, it reflects Aberdonian thriftiness?
RiG
Dreadful game and a very poor attacking performance from us but with so many players out perhaps that was to be expected. Boyd did well to follow up and bag his goal from close range but apart from an effort in the second half from the same player and maybe Mckay I can't think of much we did of any note in that game. Cove had a lot of the ball and created some decent looking chances at times but nothing too threatening. Ridgers had to make one or two good saves but was largely untroubled. Appalling refereeing performance. Highlight was Logan giving it big licks to a small handful of ICT fans after Cove "scored" only for the goal to be chalked off and him left to look a massive throbber. Pleasing.
