It's as you were for us with Carswell, Wallace and Wilson out.

The pitch is looking magnificent in the pic from Stranraer's twitter.

Probably start with Tuesday's XI then, tough venue for us at times, but dig in like the other night and we'll hopefully be hard to beat.

Byrne obviously not fit enough to start 2 games in a week yet but time for big Rusty to show he should start. That said, I hope we don't just launch the ball at his head, we won't have the higher press without Byrne but if we can get the ball into Rusty rather than looking for flick ons we should get some luck.

That was a really solid, professional showing. Two goals from dead balls, clean sheet and controlled the game. Lovely stuff and, for once, an enjoyable trip back. The only disappointment is that Ryan Blair's pile-driver 30 yarder hit the bar.

Good to see wee Luca Vata getting on at the end too. He must be one of our youngest ever players? Born in 2006. Which is absolutely terrifying.

Would’ve been perfect if Stirling had dropped points, but a win for us is a really big one. On paper, this looked like a day where Stirling were guaranteed to gain on us. Great response to the Elgin shambles.

That’s the most satisfying aspect for me. After the Elgin game I had the fear. Two games coming up against an in form Stenny side and  Ricky away tie at a place we have always struggled. To come away fro. Both of those with maximum points is great and won’t do the confidence any harm at all going in to a massive game this Tuesday.

Two clean sheets with Grant at CH is also hugely encouraging.

Another away game ticked off and the lead in tact. Great stuff.
