Thankfully I don't believe MK will touch it with a bargepole. Aa a manager, he is as concerned about public opinion as I've ever seen anyone in such a role - and that even includes his sycophantic wee assistant who spat the dummy on an entire club because he got some stick about his failures. Mick Kennedy will have read the reaction on here (because we all know if there's one thing Mick Kennedy is obsessed with, it's Mick Kennedy) and know he's barking up the wrong tree. He knows he has to remain in his box, where he can play Football Manager by taking on tiny clubs of zero history and stature, and where there isn't a support to drive out charlatans or bark about their potential presence in the first place. Playing the press in the meantime only boosts his reputation and gives himself a better chance of landing a better job in the future - at a more well-established tinpot entity like Spartans, or Stennie.
