I really would be pleased to be proven wrong, not going to debate why my views are what they are as I just posted a reply to Hendo, and you will no doubt read that, but I will challenge you on where is the relevance in the era that each player played/ plays in? I’m not one for singling out players for criticism especially goalkeepers which as we all know is a specialist position. Given that Zak has been rewarded with a new contract by his parent club Middlesborough. I’m confident that he’s at a level where he will only get better. All the keepers we’ve had in recent years have definitely benefited from Jamie Langfield’s coaching. I have faith in Langfields ability to do a similar job with Zak.
