He won the league last year by a mile and had us in the playoffs with a bad injury position. Now we've gone from bad injury position to a ridiculous position and it starting to take effect. You realise he’s only a small part of the recruitment team and doesn’t negotiate contracts? He also is working within the general philosophy of the BoD which restricts how we recruit?
