If Bankies, JB et al, have the wherewithal to be paying signing on fees and wages in the present then that is up to them. If in a few years time they don't then the players will move on and more than likely the club will start to struggle, as we are witnessing with poor ol Darvel. I'm pretty certain there isn't a rulebook to running a club at tier 6 that must be followed. It's up to each club's owners/committee to decide how they use what funds are available in the present. If they overreach then and don't get the expected success then that is their hard luck in effect.
