I use Yorkshire tea bags and also buy loose tea. For coffee Nescafe gold blend or I buy different blends of filter coffee. Tea for breakfast, coffee the rest of the day. Caramel or vanilla lattes with an extra shot are fantastic. I also used to go into Nero for a white chocolate mocha. They were lovely. Bulletproof is great when on Keto. Butter in coffee not only kick starts the metabolism, but tastes amazing too. Ditch the tea and move onto coffee Bobes.
