Bibby
Neighbours that do their hoovering at 8.22pm at night for the second time this week. I know she works during the week, but there really is no fucking excuse for it at the weekend when she has been in her flat all day. I don't think that's an unreasonable time to be hoovering. It definitely isn't! Nor do I! I've been in my flat for three months now and not one of the three of us has taken a hoover to the floor. As hoovering is over-rated.

Yeah it's all right if you live in a detached house. I take it laminated flooring get's dirty quickly?

I put my washing machine on at 10 minutes to midnight, and hoover about half an hour before that. My neighbours love me.

Fudge
I don't understand why 8.22pm would be considered too late to hoover.
Ayrgirl
I don't understand why 8.22pm would be considered too late to hoover. Apparently that's not the point. It's the fact that they have laminate floors
Honest Saints Fan
Talking about hoovering... We had our flat inspection this morning and they left me a wee note saying my room was very tidy but needed a hoover. Also our block got a fine for throwing litter out the living area windows. Certainly wasn't me or my flat mates, we shouldn't have to pay it!
Jambo Stu
I hoovered at 11.45 on Sunday night. f**k the neighbours

Is it a council flat or a private rented flat? if so, complain to them about it, there may be a chance that she hasnt used the proper underlay for a flat. Basically, if she's not using underlay with any soundproofing in it, the council or landlords could tell her to rip it up. -

I presume it's uni halls/flats you're staying in? Is it common practice to have an 'inspection' of your living quarters? I hoovered at 11.45 on Sunday night. f**k the neighbours I bet they love you!

Indeed! We get a flat inspection once a month.
Sir Kevin Of Kilsyth
I think i'm getting too old to go out drinking during the week. I've started to feel that recently as well. The couple of times ive done it this semester I haven't been able to get out my bed for classes the next morning. I knew I peaked too early lol.
