djchapsticks Posted January 1, 2016 Share Posted January 1, 2016 I think his comments pre-match about Wade getting the first 60 in will rattle Gary and that Wade will take him 5-3 probably riled him. I don't mind Bristow for the fact that he cuts straight to the point, it sits a little uncomfortable though that he's supposed to provide a neutral analysis of a player or match where one of the participants is under his tutelage. Even some of Mardle's comments during the match, whilst not obviously spelling out his standpoint, suggested that he's not entirely comfortable with Bristow down in the players lounge supplying Wade with pointers during breaks rather than doing commentary and analysis. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
