F_T_Y
With it being a new year i have decided to man up and enter some tournaments.Theres a youth open up in aberdeen this month. I hit a 180 about every second day and can go round the board in doubles in about ten minutes, will see if i can handle the pressure of a proper match.
DomDom
Not a bad idea. Gets you some experience and no doubt will improve yer game. Do you play league darts? I'm gonna have a go at the Scottish Open this year after missing the last couple of years because of a wrestling show taking place in Greenock on the same night. Hopefully there's an Inverclyde Open on the go as well. I've started playing REALLY well just now and it's finally beginning to translate to my league form. Four wins under the belt, most of them in the last few weeks.
F_T_Y
No i dont, none of the pubs even have a team. Wade has won 9 out of the last ten meetings against lewis, whoever wins will probably be englands number two in the world cup.I dont think they like each other either.
black and gold army
Im going to enter a few more tournaments this year and practice alot more. My darts are coming along so we will see what happens. I guess that's my new year resolution.
Neilly
Lewis and Wade hate each other that's no secret. Lewis called him a w****r at an exhibition I was at a while ago. Wade's record against him is unbelievable though this should be a belter.
DomDom
Each one of these guys have the steel to get through so it's going to make for interesting viewing. If the Hamilton that turned up to the Qtrs turns up, Whitlock is going to need to bring his best game.
IrishBhoy
Dont particularly like Lewis but have backed him for the tournament so hoping he wins.
Neilly
Hamilton has been sensation this tournament a win tonight surely propels him into the Premier League? His deliberate throwing isn't maybe ideal but Priestley has been in it before and if players in the past have got it with a run to the semi's and quarters etc. then a final berth should be enough?
DomDom
Hamilton always plays at LEAST reasonably well on the TV. I think him in the PL would be good fun, regardless of pace. He'd throw a right spanner in the works. I don't think he'll get a spot though.
The Naitch
Both these matches tonight will be top drawer. Really looking forward to this.
DomDom
The pundits are clueless. Aye, it was all to do with other players being shite that Hamilton did well at the Matchplay. NOTHING to do with the 95+ averages in every round. No sir.
orlandoblue
Whitlock and Wade hopefully. Heard Lewis in his post match interview after the qf saying of wade. "I've won it, he hasn't that's the difference" . If I was Wade I would have been playing that over ever since. Am footy
Think it'll depend how long Lewis's lapses in concentration last against real qaulity in wade he will get punished
DomDom
Hamilton should have gone for 19s on the 269. Fucking idiot. Didn't cost him though, so all's well that ends well.
The Naitch
TWO big singles missed by Whitlock!
DomDom
Two big numbers missed by Whitlock. Even I don't do that.
DomDom
Sky c**t it up again by showing Van Der Voort when Hamilton is throwing for a finish. Fucking hell.
The Naitch
Hamilton looks to have settled quickly here. There's a LONG way to go, though.
DomDom
I meant Van Der Vaart there btw. Whitlock looked totally thrown there at the end of that set. Hamilton just looks as solid as ever. You just can't give this guy chances.
THE KING
Bet Whitlock to win 6/2 ffs,,,
