Ethan Blackadder is 6'3 and was upright when he made contact to the head. Any idea why it’s a consultant role rather than head of performance? Seems significant as he will not have full remit and responsibility. Normally a consultant just gives a view then the other directors cherry pick phrases from a report that support what they already want to do. Not that I dont have faith in the directors of Scottish rugby… Why has he left Ireland?
