I’d challenge you on that. I bought a half season ticket literally right before the Goodwillie thing happened and haven’t managed to see a single win since I got it.

Controversial, but if we pip Thistle to 4th and win the chocolate cup, is that our best season in the last 25 years?

That was genuinely fucking awful. Keeps it alive for another week. On the plus side, thistle look so shit they could conceivably lose the last two. On the negative, we looked equally as bad.

This is absolute fucking muck. Real eye gouge material. Both teams deserve to lose but we will inevitably get beat 1-0.

Both teams have been fucking terrible here.

Rarely have we had a striker so unsuited to playing up front on his own, yet continues to get a game there.

You need to spend money on your stadium to stop it becoming a rust ridden shit hole, and he has undoubtedly spent money on that. The pitch has been a success. The community hub will be an excellent facility. The main looks a lot better than it used to. So as much as they’re not “necessary” as such, if you want to offer facilities that people want to come and use then you need to spend money. All of this, of course, pales into insignificance when compared with the stark reality that he cannot be the public face of the club any more as he has sown himself to not be a proper person.

Needs to be ousted, there really is nothing else for it now. The issue we’ve got is that he spends a fucking fortune of his own money running the club on a day to day basis. I don’t think many others are going to forthcoming to foot that bill. Awful stuff all over again.

If Tumilty doesn’t go to the Premiership in the summer, I’ll be amazed. I had heard St Mirren mentioned.

I’d have McGlynn again, too. But, as is well known, I absolutely fucking love John McGlynn, so I’m maybe not the best to give impartial views.

I mean, he wasn’t wrong.. was he? The boy at left back has a great long throw and Morton use it well.

Just watched the highlights. Good grief some of those chances we missed… Poplatnik in the first half when he’s 6 yards out, Poplatnik again in the second half when he inexplicably takes a touch and then hits the side netting, Benedictus’ header at the back post, Zanatta off the bar, Varian off the bar then kicked off the line. Really no surprise we are on the run we are when we have that many clear cut chances and score 0.

What was the celebration all about?

Subbing the only player who won a header against Lithgow all game just as we were about to start launching it in the box in hope of an equaliser was the wrong choice for me. The lack of goals, or even chances we’ve created off the back of Varian’s strength in the air has been criminal this year. Him in an Ian McCall team would be unplayable.

If Craig Levein wants it then get him in. Anything else is a downgrade. 1 win in 16 is awful, but the grass isn’t always greener.

Big Gozie looks about 2 stone lighter than this time last year. Great touch throughout and him and Muirhead more than occupied our three centre halves. We really struggled with Morton’s general physicality all game. The only player who had any sort of success against their back line was Ethon Varian and we somewhat unbelievably subbed him off, only to throw Kyle Benedictus up front with ten minutes to go.

Dave McKay will not sign a new contact with us. No where near a Championship centre half.

Poplatnik back to being absolutely awful the last two games again. No idea why Morton fans seem to hate Muirhead, think he looks good every time we play them. Greg Young looked pretty good. That’s honestly all I can even really remember. Such a forgettable game.
