Should get a good work out tomorrow at Aberdeen. Both teams need games.

Maybe come tomorrow. Just as well wasn’t going anyway. Looking forward to the game on Preston tv.

Still not got mine yet, good job I wasn’t going due to all the COVID rules.

No Travel Lodge for Dave, then.
You can keep Kennedy and keep your hands of Jason Kerr.0 -
That doesn't excuse how poorly Saints have organised this.
It's been about 3 week since the friendly was announced and the last update on restrictions, yet the ballot wasn't done until a few days before the match, and folk still don't have tickets on the day of the game yet.
Complete shambles.0 -
Had Saints adopted the policy as stated last season regarding restrictive access of supporters, viz: If due to covid numbers of supporters allowed entry to the stadium is restricted then it will be based on when orders for season tickets were placed eg 1000 limit then the first 1000 season tickets purchased would gain entry. This would mean that supporters who renewed their ticket would get entry.
A ballot as others have indicated means that new season tickets or glory hunters where given an opportunity to get to this the first home match for over a season.
The timing for those who were successful and cannot attend notifying the club so that someone else could attend is far too tight.
Not our best performance to our loyal fans.
Exactly my point.0 -
1200 fans kept season tickets on last season despite not getting to see a single game, doing it to support the club financially during a tough time.
The first opportunity for supporters to get in the ground, f**k it lets have a completely random ballot which results in folk who have bought tickets because the club just won two cups getting to go ahead of supporters who have been ST holders for years.
To be honest, I'm not massively bothered about a pre season friendly against Preston if the arrangements are as they sound in terms of timings and seating arrangements, but if football clubs were any other business they'd have gone bust years ago as 'customers' would jut tell them to do one.
Would have been quite funny in non-covid times with a few hundred away fans to taunt about Italy's success!
Not having a Saints stream tomorrow night and this ballot shambles is a slap in the face of every true supporter. I got a seat in the ballot but am not going due to all the rules etc. But I have not been provided with a simple way of telling the club I’m not going so they could give my pass to someone else. How can you give up something you have not got yet. Terrible terrible shambles in administration.
I will have to buy a stream from Preston which is ridiculous for the first match since the cup final.
So very disappointed in the club.1 -
Anyone been emailed by the club about tomorrow since the successful ballot one?
No0 -
This suggests the Preston game will be on Saints TV I think?
I'll be pretty pissed off if they don't show it to be honest.
Very poor communication, surely that should have been announced with the details of the game which has been public knowledge for some time.
I will be really disappointed with Saints if I have to buy the stream from Preston.1 -
Not seeing anything on Saints TV about the game tomorrow so guess it's not being streamed?
Edit: Preston are selling a stream for £5 if you register on their site.
Surely must be on Saints tv as all season ticket holders are entitled to have seen the match if things were normal.
If it’s not then the club should be ashamed and embarrassed.1 -
It is going to be on Saints TV
Thanks0 -
Is the game on Saints tv for season ticket holders?

I’ve never even got the email. [emoji23]
What e-Mail?0 -
Why would we want Kennedy back?
Not for me.

As I say exactly the same and they arrived this afternoon. Wouldn't stress.
So did mine.

If Bournemouth are in for Kerr we can’t compete with them in fairness.
McCart though would be a quality signing; £225k + Drey Wright, some spare face masks for supporters twitter profile pics and a Waitrose discount card should do it.
Hope your joking. Keep him.0 -
We’re bidding again. £220k and Drey Wright back to you on loan IMO.
Keep him.0 -
If McCann was available for that kind of money (and I don't believe he is fwiw) then i'd be massively disappointed if Rangers didn't sign him.
£2m has to be the starting figure for any of our players. Just hang up unless they are prepared to pay the going rate for double cup winners.0 -
We need to find strikers who actually can shoot. Not easy I know but Dykes and Adams are not the answer.

The pundits were excruciating today. McFadden speaking as if we have a chance of drawing level with about 0.5 nanoseconds left is just embarrassing.
Commentary today was awful.0 -
The last FOUR times my team played at Hampden we won. Today was such a disappointment. The team I was supporting actually lost. I just can’t understand how that can happen.

Don’t think he would, he’s Northern Irish.

Ali McCann would walk into that side, we have no midfield.

Shows the dearth of talent we have at centre half when there's a consistent shout for Hendry to start against the Czech Republic.
A player who had to go to Belgium and Australia to get his career restarted after not getting much of a chance at Celtic. Fair play to him for getting out, proving himself elsewhere.
Its a pity John Souttar couldn't have played more regularly this season to force his way into the national squad. He'd be in my team if he were fully fit.
Certainly a lack of talent, however St Johnstone’s back line were surely the form players and ignored so tough.1

Someone needs to get on top of the admin as it’s pretty haphazard at the moment.
Why could they not have reused the same tickets where they were just being bought again for the same seat. That would have reduced the workload a bit or is that too simple?
