  1. Fine just give us the thick end of £300k and as long as you can persuade Ziggy his future is in West Lothian he's all yours.....in May. Mind you Tottenham and Arsenal are scouting him too so I doubt he'll be interested. PS. still not forgiven you twats for fucking us over on the Big Marv, Toasty and Tosh deal so I've changed my mind it's £2M now otherwise you can bolt!
  2. Remember thinking he looked good when we played Aberdeen colts 2? Seasons ago. No chance he'll be coming here. Transfer Market and Aberdeen site has him as a holding / central midfielder, surely of the places we are a bit thin on the ground the middle of the park isn't one of them, outstanding prospect he may be (as said, he played today against Hearts) but we don't need him. His team-mate Bruce Anderson on the other hand.... (edited to add) but I doubt he'd come either.
  3. In an ideal world we would be able to hold on to everyone we have and also bring in 2 players. One who can play either fullback role and the other a big goal hungry target man but....that won't happen. Reality is that we will almost certainly lose both Baird and Munro and quite possibly Gullan too so therefor the priority has to be a striker. We are light in the defensive positions and lack a potent striker so I'd hope those are the roles that the 2 players J McG is hoping to fill. Going, perhaps Don't want Geordie to go but if it free's up a wage and we still have 3 keepers on the books then so be it. Bairdie hasn't done what we all hoped, perhaps he's been played in the wrong place but he's a mouthy wee so and so if it were that simple I'm sure he'd have said something and sorted it out if he could. Sorry John but we need a goalscorer and seems to me you aint it anymore. Jao has been a disappointment, too injury prone and hasn't produced any of the driving runs that previously he destroyed us with, also he doesn't want to track back and defend and where we are just now we need that ability too. Gullan will be the real sore one if we cant get him back, our top scorer in the league and on current form will be extremely tough to replace. Potentially coming in / Rumours Ross Callachan. Well, with a choice of central midfielders like Regan, Brad, Dylan and Ross we have genuine good options and much as I like Cal he's a luxury we cant afford....at the moment. Dean Campbell, as per Ross Callachan he's not the man we need given as far as I know he's a central midfielder. David Goodwille. He's being linked with a move to Falkirk, Partick and Dunfermline (who if rumours are to be believed are readying to offload Nisbet) so why not us too? It will divide the ranks and morally I despise him but having had my scruples surgically removed, for the sake of promotion I'd sign him in a heartbeat.
  4. ^^^^^^^^^^clutching at straws^^^^^^^^^ As for the bit in bold Utter bullshit as you well know.
  5. Are you abusing the food bank you fat p***k? Frank, gonna do us all (everyone in the entire world) a favour? Just f**k off! And dinnae come back!
  6. Yeah, for us too if all too briefly (specially against the barcodes in the cup) all the best CD.
  7. It's just as well the FIFE never bothered with a roaring back theme (even to the 2nd tier Never mind the top!!) as it would would have not only made double digits but have probably pre dated your birth wee man!
  8. ......or this might be back to the norm, (you going to bed early without supper wee man). Chin up wee Taz you'se were shite and lost to the much better side, not only today but over the course as it will prove. Now before your mum tells you again little one. Bed!
  9. Alas no, but you'll find your collection of points from the tie is nil
  10. Going in to this without: Lewis Vaughan, Stephen Anderson, Michael Miller, Ross Matthews, Lewis Allan and Ian Davidson I genuinely feared the worst, however even without SIX first team players we totally outclassed this team of cloggers for the first 45 mins. At 4-1 we stopped playing football and against a better team would likely have paid the price. East Fife seemed quite content to boot the living shit out of Reagan Hendry at every opportunity but kudos to Ryan Wallace who bailed his right-back out of a nailed on booking by distracting the ref by going toe to toe with Hendry. What a very special case Mr Wallace is! He is in a league of his own when it come to being a fanny.....well on the park at least, the king of the fannies must be the bespectacled fat clown who was continually erupting behind Darren Young, all hail to thee Speccy king Fud! And speaking of Young I cant wait to tune in to his post match interview to hear what absolute pish he will be spouting tonight. Right that's them back in their box and the natural order restored, I look forward to another few decades of peace.
  11. Just you keep on believing that sweetie, never mind the gulf in class between them. One side who when they kept the ball on the deck passed the opposition off the park and another (that's your lot that is!) that seemed determined to boot any Raith man who was on the ball into the air.
  12. Fucking hell! who left a load of horse-shit in the back garden? Now the natural order of things has been restored don't let these minks near here again!
  13. As per most Saturdays at Naeview there'll be no shortage of mince for you Methil Mutants tomorrow, are the fife still running out to that Telstar crap?
  14. He might, but I doubt he'll go anywhere until next season regardless.
  15. Are you by any chance related to Sir Jimmy Young? It's just that his patter was pish too!
  16. Maybe so but I'd not rule it out just yet. Dundee for all that they are pretty crap these days and have no chance of promotion will still be a bit of a draw, especially if he is looking for somewhere else to play next season as they will be paying better wages than we could. QotS on the other hand won't be such a pull, 6 points off the relegation play-off spot and a shed load of travelling will have him looking for a better option.
  17. I would say Toddy obviously meant the last game Hendry played against TMM in which was at Naeview not the one at Starks which incidentally came only 24 hours after he'd injured his own knee in training to save East Fife the trouble. Higgins is such a thug choir boy he never ever kicks anyone,
  18. Upset? TBH I'm more miffed at us not turning up for that first half which as you say you had the better of even after a bright start by us. 2nd half pissed me off further as Sons sat in and offered f**k all in attack (they didn't have to) and we had nothing to show for it, the damage was already done and everyone in the ground knew it. To say Sons dominated the game was shite though, they did what they needed to an d no more.
  19. And if you are miraculously still that highly there on May 2nd at 5pm, I'll have a dram for you! but I doubt it and deep in your soul......so do you!
  20. In case you missed it EAST FIFE ARE IN SECOND PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. Yup! all those posts above about possession and all that shit but it's still the league position that counts (see below dipshit!)
  22. The Methil Milan await. Be scared Bricking it! Ay up wee thicky is back, did they let you out for specially for Christmas neebs?
