  1. The U20s are at team Hampden, don't know if a few first teamers will be there too
  2. Yep it's public access. Walk down from the sports pavilion and across the bridge and there's a grass park just through the trees. Apparently they plan to play 4 x 30min session instead of the traditional 90 mins.
  3. It's the University of Glasgow grounds http://www.gla.ac.uk/services/sport/facilities/garscube/#/garscubesportscomplexfacilities
  4. Beautifully struck free kick from Ross Forbes was the pick of the goals today. If his work rate was doubled that lad would be an asset to an top league team, but as we know he's too unreliable.
  5. You could have written that almost word for word last season and changed McCoist to Lennon. What is it with OF managers?
  6. Surely Green's agenda was nothing more than: 1. Spend £5mil 2. Sell a few players for cash 3. Make instant profit 4. Float club 5. Make big profit 6. f**k off south again However the SFL3 option and the players walking free of transfer fee must have put that plan back 5 years or more. So the question is will he hang about for the big profit or will he sell to blue minded Scots for a quick few quid.
  7. Yeah I know what you mean. Often when the Jags play Celtic I think how we get all the 50/50 60/40 decisions in our favour. I can't believe you guys haven't raised this issue before, you'd have the support of every reasonable fan in Scottish football.
  8. Have been trying to get out walking every few weeks but it's hard going when it pishes down most weekends and anything off the beaten path turns to mush... Still building up my fitness, and ankles, for bigger hills so doing a mixture of longer flatter walks and some low hills ..got the bus to Drymen a few weeks ago and walked back along the WHW to Milngavie. Beautiful sunny day and really quiet on route. Magic. ...spent the other Sunday doing Conic in the morning, lunch at the Carbeth Inn and Auchineden and the Whangie in the afternoon. Bit drizzly but really enjoyed it. ....tomorrow is a flattish walk through Glen Loin and Coiregrograin at Arrochar. 10.5 miles on military tracks and paths with views along Loch Long Details from Walk Highlands Looking to build up to Munros over the next few months
  9. Drove down Dumbarton Rd today at 1ish (from expressway towards Clydebank) and it was a skating rink then. The snow compacted and iced almost instantly. Getting moving after stopping was almost impossible. I've never seen such poor road surfaces in the 20 years since I passed my test.
