There is nothing worse than waking up to find that your tonsils are glued to the roof of your mouth. This happens to me quite a lot after Ive been drinking, and its a pain unglueing it, Ive drank a ton of water to try and shift it, but its still glued and painful. Any advice?

I also like a bit of cricket, although for me, its not a particulary good sport live. Went to see Sri Lanka vs Pakistan a few years back in a one dayer, and it was a bit boring in such a big stadium. I love listening to test matches on the radio though, its so soothing! I did loads of project work last year with the ashes playing on the radio to keep me company through the night. Its such a good sport for radio, what with the calm commentary, the fielding positions (silly mid off??) and suchlike. On tv though, I much prefer 20twenty, just because of the excitement. Really got into the world cup this year, and there were some great matches!

Well, Ive never had acne, but my confidence can be pretty low at times. I'm sometimes a bit of a recluse because I don't like dealing with new people. Ill tell you the worst thing with new people, I cant hear them! It takes me a wee while to train myself to people's voices because its new and unfamiliar, and new people who dont know can give me some amount of shit sometimes. Seriously man, you dont know how lucky you are! Low confidence happens to everyone, and we do all get those negative thoughts, but to be honest, we still have to get up the next day and immerse ourselves in our lives....just remember, when you see someone who is loud, super confident, outgoing etc. they may in fact just be putting on a massive front to hide their own fear. Anyway, p&b is not a good place to talk about such stuff, you'll get ripped to shreds!

Are our sleep cycles synchronised? I went to bed and couldnt get to sleep till half 6...woke up at 8, but just lay in bed like a zombie till ten. Ultimate nightmare compromise. Didnt get up, didnt go back to sleep and get some more rest. Im going to be like the living dead all day now.

To be fair, I kinda do that, although only so that I dont have to go digging into my wallet... Is it alright if I have it folded in my hand, and have my hand resting on the bar?

I am. Melting. In. Here. The builders havent got round to finishing our window yet, which basically means we have a sealed double glazed window, and then a sealed single glazed window inside it. The heat is too much, and because they are doing all of this side of the building, there is absolutely no airflow, and the heating combined with the computer heat is making me melt. Im getting moist, and I've spent the last couple days rotating between chairs every hour in an attempt to cool my arse. So hot, so tiring, so uncomfy.
