On the rumour front. The latest I've heard* is Holt to Derby and Dowie to Dunfermline. * Not a great source, but might as well keep the rumours circling!

Would wish the boy nothing but luck if he does end up at Hearts. He's been a very good player for us and certainly deserves a crack at a higher level. Having said that, I really think he would benefit far more from another season at this level. The boy has bags of potential but there are some areas that still require sharpened up. His finishing and his aggression in play being the two biggest ones for me. Obviously he'll receive a higher quality of coaching at a club like Hearts, but how many goalless games will he be afforded before he is dropped? Wherever he ends up next season I'll be backing the lad, but for a selfish point of view and for him, I reckon QoS would be the most sensible option for one more term. Edited to add. Apologies, I thought Sol was a Jambo (on my phone). If Hibs go up then my points would remain the same, but if Hibs were to stay in this division I would have to concede that it'd be a good move for Gav.

The Cobbler The latest Adam Sandler film. Before everyone passes, it was far from his usual stuff. It didn't try to be a comedy and it's a more light drama than anything else. It's an original idea although the premise was predictable very early on, as was 'the twist' near the end. But the journey was good nonetheless. It's very farfetched, especially nearer the end but if you go in with an open mind you should really enjoy it. Easily the best Sandler has produced in a while and just like Reign Over Me or Spanglish, he shows that he is actually a pretty decent actor in a more serious role. A solid 7/10 for me.

She could 't grasp the fact I didn't want the thing at all! Not that it would have been 11p. I imagine she'd have been asking for more for another reason after that point. I don't imagine you could make such a small charge of 11p by card without having to pay some sort of transfer fee. Which she'd likely have informed me at the death. Should have taken it further to see. I typed in the manner that I spoke. I'm not rude to these callers, but I make it pretty clear that I'm not excited/interested in what they have to say.

If the Palmerston Cafe's sponsor is as miserable as the staff that work in the shop, then it could be a depressing top!

Aaaaanyway. Cup game tonight (Sunday league level). We were playing a team a league above us who were expected (and expecting! Cocky fucks) to steamroll us (we finished 6th outa 10 in our league, they are mid-table in the above league) and we outplayed them but could only get a 2-2. They scored from the worst penalty decision ever and a corner. Went to penalties and we won 2-0. We missed 1 and they missed 4; all four were saved by myself. Happy Days! The cider is en route :D (Edited to add. Enough brackets for y'all?) ()

Correct decision. The club need to cover costs and if someone isn't happy forking out a whole £16 for such a big game then they can stay at home and watch it on TV. Rangers letting their season ticket holders in for free certainly appears to be a nice gesture, but let's face it, they've done this to get as many people through the gate as possible so as to make it an intimidating atmosphere as possible. #RangersBoardAreShittingIt

Aye, I previously had no knowledge of this but gave it a shot and have to say I'm thoroughly enjoying it! Nice mix of comedy and warmth within the family. It's followed the same pattern so far comical to pleasant sadness, but I still really enjoy it Hopefully it continues going well.
