I dont want to pour cold water on what is a great result and a rare chance for us to celebrate a big win but anything other than promotion would mean a total flop of a season especially given the players we have signed.

I live in hope that the club actually use Social Media responses as part of a larger open minded policy of taking fans' views into consideration, but you just know that they'll end up telling the SM person/people to 'switch off comments'.

When you look at it, there's a rapidly growing amount of comments on the club's social media posts about emptying Farrell and MacKay.

Think the venue was the biggest issue, Stranglers gigs aren't seated affairs.
