  1. Daniel Bryan is starting to bore me, I must admit. I wouldn't totally be against Triple H winning tbh. It'd be worth the rage it'd induce alone.
  2. A McMahon in every corner? Vince in Bryan's. Steph in HHH. Linda in Orton's. Shane in Batista's. In more serious news I see there's a few reports on Kane's impending retirement. He'd be a huge loss but his role in the company just now is nothing more than an overglorified jobber who isn't over with the fans so perhaps it'd be ideal.
  3. Just bought a few bottles of Staropramen 5% beer from the Co-op. First time I've seen it before. Anyone had it before? Any good?
  4. Tbh, even with the addition of Bryan, the main event isn't exactly mouth-watering. Taker's match should close Mania, as it should have done a good few times over the past few years.
  5. Can you read? I threw that in merely for people to check the Perugia side. It was an aside if you will. I don't think that's too particularly difficult to understand.
  6. Here's a few different sets of highlights of Dundee at different games: Tannadice 1964: Muirton 1962: There's much more on the Youtube link including our trips to Albania in black and white from 2003 and others. Extended highlights of our game vs Perugia too. Check out their line-up, a few players who went on to become big stars!
  7. The Raw after Mania is usually better than Mania tbf.
  8. Yeah. Here's an article at the time of us closing it down: Link.
  9. I don't think you can blame the game, it done an utterly amazing job tbf.
  10. Our song is pretty awful and can't even compete with Bonnie Tyler or good ol' Engelbert tbh.
  11. Who is to say it wasn't a work all a long? Seems very far fetched but I think the idea of Vince thinking Batista vs Orton headlining 'Mania 30 is also far fetched.
  12. Think that's nonsense tbh. Hogan is part of the reason WWE are as big as they are, he was the definition of the word 'superstar' rather than wrestler and they're bringing him back as host for the big one which is 30. I'm surprised Vince hasn't made a show though, because with all due respect this is likely the last big Mania he'll be able to bring something to. I don't think he'll have much to contribute on camera at 40.
  13. It's definitely on Daily Motion. WWE have put the important clips on Youtube, but they've cut a lot of crowd noise out particularly noticeable when Taker barely gets a reaction when in reality there was loud, audible chants of 'holy shit'. Presume it'll be the same for the Punk chants etc.
  14. He played a grand total of 45 minutes for us and after 26 minutes he was pushed to right midfield as our midfield was all over the shop. He was absolutely dire and hooked at half time although it wasn't totally his fault, more Brown's considering he threw him in at the deep end against Falkirk and then forced him onto the wing which he clearly isn't suited to. He apparently had a cracking game the other night for our reserves but other than that he hasn't featured. I presume he maybe has a bit of an attitude problem considering Hartley wants everyone digging deep and throwing everything at the cause whilst Hughe's first interview consisted of the line, 'I have nothing to prove here'. Therefore, putting 2 + 2 together and getting 12, I suspect Hartley wasn't keen.
  15. Stephen Hughes is expected to rejoin East Fife, at least on loan, by the end of the day.
  16. I think it was pretty well known that Taker was returning last night. He was the sole reason I tuned in. Did they not disclose for sure whether he'd return? I'd have been raging after watching all that till 4am and he never came out!
  17. Was totally worth staying up for. Nailed it.
  18. Cena has made Bray Wyatt appear boring. Some skills that.
  19. Don't get the hype for Big Ettore at all really. The conversation about his name by the commentators was hilarious though.
  20. It was if they just decided 'f**k it, they're wanting Punk, let me point at the Mania sign to hype it'.
  21. What the f**k?! Did that just happen? Did Batista just refuse to turn heel there? Worst. Mania. Main. Event. Ever.
  22. They're clearly turning him. You just had to look at his facial expressions when on top of the turnbuckle when he looked like he might have been having a stroke.
  23. Getting dissed badly on here, but Hogan done the job that was needed to be done. One of the biggest names out there, mentioned the WWE network, received a pop. Job done.
