The penalty decision demonstrates the nonsense implementation of handball right now as well. Nesbitt gets penalised for a ball that drops and grazes his arm unsighted because the Dunfermline player made a total arse of timing his jump directly in front of him. You can't reasonably be expected to anticipate that and take evasive action.
Good technique from McAlister for the first goal and we do seem to be more willing to break forward as a team rather than just pump the ball up to a forward while the rest of the team stays camped on the edge of their own box.
We’ve been done in the past by decisions like the handball and a bonafide goal not given. These things “even-ing themselves out” didn’t even help yesterday. Morton’s game plan was spot on.0 -
Deck measuring? I need a bigger boat.
I've put that exact same comment in lots of threads for other teams. Anyone who cares if their team is big should join the old firm and do their deck measuring there. Because otherwise, it's utterly pathetic. And to be fair, it's utterly pathetic there too.0 -

It gives those in charge the opportunity to push for more fans to come back. The arguments will be along the lines of "300 were fine, why not more?".
Basically it's a desperate attempt to rush back more and more fans until levels are quickly back near normal. Aberdeen have been particularly transparent with this, with their proposals for ever increasing numbers of fans at various 'test events', whilst they bleat and mewl about England having fans back (only partially true and completely irrelevant).
If you really want in, albeit you might encounter horror of a snapped leg that needs dealt with, you could try this.... https://www.sja.org.uk/get-involved/volunteer-opportunities/stadium-first-aider/ At least you’ll not hear lots of crowd noise when you drop a player off a stretcher currently.

What the f**k are you on about? Those teams are not from Falkirk.
Falkirk FC play in Grangemouth.
*thank you for setting this one up, take bow son, take a bow.0 -
Au contraire, it is in fact with East Stirlingshire, both teams from Falkirk.
If we’re going non league then surely they should include Bo’ness United and Linlithgow Rose?0 -
I think Raith are just a bit too small and insignificant to make it anything serious. Yes it's a derby but I think you're lying to yourself if you're saying the fife derby holds more meaning than Falkirk vs Dunfermline.
Falkirk v Dunfermline isn’t a derby, it’s a local rivalry. Your derby is Stenhousemuir, or Alloa.2 -

Alloa stream a bit dicky but that's us underway.

Well if it’s not I want my tax back off Fife CouncilI’m sure it is as I get a reminder that Kirkcaldy’s in Fife every time I receive snail mail to my KY11 address.

It’s almost suggesting Kirkcaldy is not in Fife. That surely has not been put there by a Pars fan. I’m so embarrassed I might send £2 to Starks in penance.

It would be helpful if the list could be updated to state whether there are pricing caveats for certain teams visiting. Raith Rovers have confirmed pricing for visits of Dundee and Hearts will also be inflated to £14. Dunfermline SLO has stated £12 is fixed for all home games in Championship.
Reports thatRaith will charge £14 for the Pars match.I haven't yet seen that officially.0 -
I'm spending my money where I see fit. Clubs need money during this pandemic so I'm helping out one that's not greedy. I never claimed money back for the pixelot fiasco the last time as I knew very well that they need the cash. This is golden Scottish football thinking, the logic is magnificent. Youre not paying £14 to watch your team in the derby where going by the facebook advert you're getting; multiple cameras, in game replays, half time interview with an ex player and a chat board to help with any log in problems cos it's up £2. You will however pay £12 to watch 2 teams you dont support on a pixellot stream from the club who offered pars fans absolutely awful service when you visited.
The highlights from that game induced motion sickness.
To be fair to Alloa their service is now fine, basic but watchable, I paid (because my team wasnt playing) to watch their Hearts game, was it value for £12? Well it was no better than Elgin TV or the Blue Brazil TV output both of which are cheaper.
RR are supplying the same production they did for other games, so the cost base would be the same so your point is moot. RR must think Pars fans are buttoned up the back to not see they are being fleeced.
Did League 1 teams bump up the price when the mighty Rovers came visiting? Doubt it. Found League 1 were happy enough to have a larger away support attending when we were there. Falkirk don't even do this snidey nonsense.
The wee team have blotted their copy book with this stunt, during a pandemic too, I'll watch what they do with their other home game with interest.
All these comments suggesting DAFC will bump up the price for EEP fixture are fake news too.

Only to punish your poor who wouldn't buy a season ticket. #ppvpoverty
It's £14 for the Rovers fans too.0 -
Imagine if they'd priced it at a £1. Even a small portion of the 7 billion on Earth could have signed up...to see the Pars, could have made them millions.
1o0o0 stREaM pURchAsEs!!!!!!!!!0 -
£2? No, it's literally a four figure sum assuming 500-4999 pars fans bought your feed. Anyways I'll be over on the Alloa v Ayr thread for the build up to the game I'm watching instead.
Our last home league game was against Morton on 7th November. The next home game is on 29th December and people are moaning about 2 quid.0 -
Looking forward to this game as decided that I will watch cheapest stream available if clubs try and inflate prices for my team visiting. Will not be listening to commentary, unfortunately, as will have Radio Scotland on for updates from Starks.
Hoping that Alloa are buoyed by result against Hearts and can make a game of this.
Hope quality has improved since moving from AI unless its still AI and I'll be off to Dundee stream for an extra 50p!

Where was Jason Talbot that day?Swans are quite hard. Sammy, being a eunuch, lacks testosterone, hence the need for his military hardware rather than relying on his claws and teeth. The swan has not been seen since leaving East End Park that day.1 -
It's not about the money. It's principle. If its "only £2" why bother adding it, and causing an issue. What if, and it’s a big if and the Pars get glorious revenge for the Scottish cup tie and gub the Rovers 3-0 (or more) and you didn’t see the game in all its glory all because you wouldn’t pay another £2[emoji848]
Your commercial director has mistaken Pars fans for mugs and that we'd sustain a £2 increase as no big deal. Same applies to attending matches, bump up the price, I'll not be going.0
