Just completed run 1 of week 4 in the Couch to 5K plan. Jumped to to 2x5min and 2x3 min and for the first time I thought I wouldn't finish. However, got through it without stopping so still progressing

Goodwin's substitutions are baffling in most games. He is getting a free ride off most of the support and frankly if Stubbs was in charge he'd be getting pelters for some of the decisions that have been made.

Underneath the stand there were 2 five a side pitches, gym, changing areas and an overflow hospitality area so that's probably why you entered to the side. I played 5s there loads, it was great as occasionally a player or manager was walking past and stood to watch. I once scored with a wee back flick when Tom Hendrie was watching. He never signed me unfortunately.

Say what you like about the stadium but we went from being 2 million overdrawn to debt free with every creditor receiving every penny. We've got first class training facilities and make money every year. I used to sneer at McDiarmid and New Broomfiled when we had Love St, but I wouldn't go back now. It had had its day, and I believe the new stadium and possible partnership with Kibble will eventually lead to the regeneration of the area. That's what we should be here for. And incidentally, I didn't miss the open air toilets of the north bank yesterday in that weather!

There was no bias at all. Just absolutely and utterly shite.

Goodwin's team selection and tactics in the first were absolutely atrocious. Junior on his own up front against a back 4 that quickly became a back 5. Bringing Hodson on was fine but putting him in midfield and keeping Flynn at right back! Then a like for like substitution with Obika on for Junior. The refereeing performance is going to take most of the heat, but that was fucking awful from the manager. We are bang in this relegation fight and for the first time this season I am properly fearful.
