Nice one, I run with the one in Liverpool We do Tuesday and Sundays. Tuesday being 5k,7k or a high-tempo 10k Saturday being the same but with the option to run 10 miles. Not far off getting my Nike T-Shirt!!

I find the deal with Mike Ashley a bizarre one. He gave Rangers a 3 million pound loan in return for securing it against Edmiston House and the Albion car park. Is this a potential business venture for Ashley to open either a store or use the offices as a Scottish base for Sports Direct if Rangers fail to pay back the loan? I say this because when JJB entered liquidation, he acquired their head offices in Wigan and used them for Sports Direct and Flannels (which is another retailer he has a stake in). it seems to me like the deal suits Ashley more than Rangers....could be wrong though....
