  1. Not a mishit cross from Rankin, he quite clearly picked Lang out with an inch perfect pass into his feet.
  2. We have had a tough season with injuries, Rankin, Norway have been out all season, Love has missed a good few games with injury, Howie has been out for a month now and Lyon even longer and Duffie is out more than he is in ,just about every other player has missed matches, McStay, Goodie. I think we only have about4 or 5 players who have survived unscathed this season. I honestly believe if our injury crisis clears up we will be fine and capable of beating anyone in this division.
  3. I think we are up against it today, with no player on the bench who can turn a game.
  4. " Clydes impending financial difficulties surfacing" please elaborate.
  5. FFS Balboy give it a rest and stop sounding like a wee fanny with your pish patter, you really are embarrassing.
  6. I'm liking all this negativity from our fans and the optimism of most Airdrie fans, got a good feeling about this game and it wouldn't be a surprise to me if Clyde pull of the win. We have shown we can compete in this league , injuries s have played a part in our recent poor form, the players we have have shown us many times that they can bounce back after some poor results and performances. Confidence maybe low atm but every game is a fresh start hopefully tomorrow could be a turning point in the right direction, I believe any team in this division can beat anyone else.
  7. Think we need to just calm down a bit, McStay and Lamont suddenly are not good enough ?
  8. Twitter page says no pitch inspection planned, find that a bit strange considering the temperature.
  9. Don't know why, not 1 shot at goal in the 2nd half from either team.
  10. Nichol is struggling for today. Stirling are on £100 a man to win.
  11. Don't think those foul stats give a real reflection of the game, I've not got a problem with shall we call it streetwise teams I do have a problem when we don't have officials who recognise when it goes beyond being more than just being physical, that fcuking idiot we had yesterday wasn't even going to book Boyle until he saw the severity of Johnstone's injury anybody who saw the challenge knows it was a red card all day long. Peterhead are a decent team are are very clever at what they do, a little nudge here a little jersey pull there, perhaps we should learn to do the same. No complaints about the result the better team won on the day.
  12. Goodie has been carrying a hamstring injury from the Falkirk game and it has clearly showed in the past 3 games, nothing to do with not being interested its just not being able move freely, maybe he has played the last few games when he really shouldn't have. 2 cup games coming up, i would rest him he is clearly in need of some time to recover and get back to his best.
  13. C'mon Clyde, came back from 2 down a few times, time to do it again.
  14. Absolutely agree as soon as we go behind or things aren't going our way the abuse starts, fair enough it is all down to frustration but come on, we have no God given right to win every week, sometimes we underperform( rearly with this squad of players) . Us fans have a great relationship with these players just now, hope those responsible don't spoil it dishing out abuse.
  15. A very decent game to watch today. First half after RR scored their 1st they took over, albeit Goodwillie was still causing them problems, after the 2nd goal is was just happy to get to half time only 2 down as it could easily have been 3 or 4 with us all over the place at the back. 2nd half, what a complete turnaround, Raith couldn't contain Lamont, Love , Johnston and Goodwillie and they ran riot in the 2nd half and Raith came from looking easily the best team i have seen this season to looking very ordinary and vulnerable and we could have went on and won the game. I think the sending off worked against us a little for some reason the game became more of a contest with chances being created at both ends. A point a piece i think was a fair result.
  16. Yes. Pretty sure you will be in there, believe it will be open for yourselves ,Falkirk and Airdrie games.
  17. A repeat of our last cup meeting would be nice.
  18. According to DL it was a harsh decision and Goodie was only trying to protect himself. Personally I don't think Goodie is a violent player and it would seem right out of character for him, proof being he rarely picks up any bookings. Would like to see the highlights, c'mon Peter Reid get them up.
  19. Just heard the great news, feel like a kid on Xmas morning. Looks like Danny is here for the long term.
  20. That is exactly how I saw it, wasn't sure about the 2nd penalty at the time, no doubts after watching the highlights.
