  1. Same law firm that cocked up the presentation on Hogarth's case, must give him and Sumner encouragement.
  2. Can we not just stick him on against Hibs to see what he can do, meaningless end of season kick about for both teams, a pts deduction or forfeiting the game 0-3 for fielding an ineligible player is hardly going to make any difference to our season now.
  3. Think it would be more to do with the state of your pitch not being able to handle the weather, but they'd shit the bed handing the erse cheeks the bill for whatever reason, so Dundee should tell them where to go if they tried asking them for it.
  4. Think he said he lives here yep, seen a Craigshill Raingers flag, lot of them about West Lothian.
  5. Thought for a second you were going to say Dundee because of how funny it would be seeing your predominately bigoted away support greetin, and seeing if your sour pussed manager went over to shake the Dundee manager's hand, or bolted down the tunnel in a huff again. He prob knackered himself from blanking the Dundee manager, after doing that to County's, which would make it even funnier seeing him having to congratulate Docherty through gritted teeth. Kidding aside, you obv have to back your own team, but you're as reasonable and decent as a Raingurs fan could possibly be, come on, you've got to see how funny it would be.
  6. Can't express enough how i fucking hate episodes being released weekly, arghhhhhh! Really enjoyed tonight's episode, full of emotion, and that ending, i'd be right onto the next episode even if it was 3am, couldn't possibly leave it there, but the b*****ds did, and i'll have to wait another week for the next one.
  7. Yep. The other jobs around the club all raised his profile in a good way too though, until this season. He chose and ordered the kits when on his hols one season, and other pre season business. Also vaguely remember reading him doing odd jobs around the stadium, like helping build the press room, and installing new showers, stuff like that. Was said to be making the signings even before being made manager. All was well and good on the good ship Martindale till we tanked this season. Where it really gets confusing is who actually owns Livi? Is it meant to be McIlvogue, and he kept Ward and Dave Black in their positions running the club. Or did Hogarth going to court to block shares being sold make that null and void. Also, who initially appointed Ward to run Livi, if someone appointed Ward Chairman, they must be able to remove him too, because Ward doesn't own shares, or the club.
  8. They kept it quiet then, other than those that held his past against him, all i ever saw was plaudits for the job he was doing. ST sales were up too, might be down next season, but that will prob happen whether Martindale stays or goes. Happened the last time we were relegated from the top flight, some people only want to support us when we're in the top flight playing the big teams.
  9. BIB is presuming he's guilty, when you're questioning whether he should be in charge.
  10. You do realise that IF he is found innocent, you need to watch what you say or it could be slanderous.
  11. Fans are notoriously fickle, and their opinions change with the weather. When Martindale was doing a tremendous job for us nobody had any concerns about him doing so much around the place, and having so much influence and control, now we've had a terrible season and are being relegated it's a red flag, and seen as a huge problem.
  12. Wasn't Marvin Bartley convicted of doing that too, when at Hibs. The ex Celtic/Hibs player that signed for us (his name escapes me for now, an age thing) then didn't want to play on our plastic pitch, stalked and threatened his ex too. Course Ward has yet to be convicted of anything, and may be found innocent. Gallagher's case was also pending when we signed him, and we re signed him after he was found guilty and served some of his time.
  13. Could we not have a separate shit on Ward thread for this, posting the same stuff over and over under different names doesn't make it any more relevant. We already had this posted a few days back and the subject covered, nothing further can be added till the court cases are heard.
  14. Some of them have blurred the lines from what is their personal business and Livingston FC's, where financial transactions are concerned. Leaving themselves open to accusations of wrong doing, i have no idea whether all of what Ward says is true or false, and vice versa, but as an ordinary Livi fan, i just want it all to get sorted as quickly as possible so we can get the club under one voice, and not being pulled in separate directions. Dear knows what damage will have been done by the time that happens though.
  15. That's why i said we'd be better with a clean break from anyone formerly involved in the running of the club, new owner(s) with no ties to former board members. There's too much past history with in fighting going on, and bruised egos, Rankine's influence is always in the background too, cloak and dagger stuff using others like Sumner to pretend it isn't him pulling strings. They've all been here long enough and we're still lurching from one cash crisis to the next, and all the in fighting with court cases sure as f**k isn't helping. We need a clean break from the lot of them, to get new ideas for investment, but who is going to come near us with all these bruised ego hanging onto shares sticking their oar in every so often.
  16. I gave up a long time ago trying to have dialogue with this fella, never get a straight answer, just deflects and body swerves questions. Only ever posts anti Ward and Martindale stuff. I'm only interested in the wellbeing of the club, and not bothered who is in control if they're trying to do the best for us, but this squabbling over control is only damaging us, would be better if it was sorted and someone new came in, with no ties to previous owners or chairmen.
  17. He's touchy when anyone questions Hogarth's intentions, and goes all defensive with the name calling, which doesn't help anyone. I suppose trying to goad you into a slanging match deflects away from the question though. All the fans want is straight answers, and to know who has the best intentions for the club, and for this power squabble to get sorted so it stops haemorrhaging money from the club.
  18. Have you not watched any of our games this season, that's rhetorical, you obv haven't if you need to ask. Was solid enough for just dealing with balls into the box if he had an experienced, and good defender alongside him, but prone to a brain fart when having the ball at his feet. This season though he's about as hopeless as all the rest of our defence. He's also been linked to Motherwell, and i think St Johnstone, personally wouldn't want him in our defence next season, and wont miss him.
  19. The million dollar question. About time everyone put their cards on the table and let the fans know what is going on. All we get is Chinese whispers and bread crumbs trying to lead us to supposed truths.
  20. Hope the Dundee Ultras all strip down to their speedos for the start of this game. At the very least make some signs to hold up.
  21. Gonna have to be quick handing Clement the hot potato, heard he likes running straight down the tunnel to see his players after a defeat.
  22. From what i can remember Ledingham came on briefly in a cup group stage game against Brechin, and did ok, don't think he's had any league appearances. Ideal time to give him match experience now, esp as we can't even fill our bench with more than 5 players.
  23. Clement's moral victory patter after drawing with Celtic, then he fucksoff down the tunnel without shaking hands with any County players or management team. Well done County on the moral, and actual victory today.
