  1. Is it wrong that i'm hoping the rain absolutely pishes down in Dundee for the heads gone entertainment?
  2. Maybe only a 10 min delay, should extinguish pretty sharpish if they throw them on the pitch. Stewards wont even need to do anything.
  3. Bit of an exaggeration, he was standing just outside the box for their corner and dropped to his knees when Lamie equalised, celebrating their goal that got them a dramatic top six spot. Looked like he was facing towards the hospitality area where Motherwell's board members sit, and you get away fans in there too, maybe had some family members over there with his brother playing for us in that game too. Anyhoo, was raw in his loan spell when we won League One and had the odd clanger, a lot better in his return when we signed him for our first season in the top flight. Think he had a good first spell for Motherwell but has been very inconsistent for them since.
  4. Has Celtic or Rangers/The Rangers ever been the ones to have one less home game, has happened to Livi a couple of times and we've only had 2 shortish spells in the top flight. Would be refreshing if they're treated the same as everyone else, but i know the paranoia from their fans complaining the SPFL were biased towards the other side would be off the scale.
  5. Don't need to win it, just finish in the top 4 and win the play offs like we did 7 seasons ago. Hopefully the vote is in favour of keeping plastic pitches and we come back up to see heads gone comments on our pitch. I'd actually enjoy looking forward to that as much as playing top flight football.
  6. Yeah i think being relegated is the least of our problems, it was going to happen at some point. Disappointing we've not got the club stable so we're in good shape for going into the Championship. This upheaval behind the scenes not knowing wtf is going on and who will be running the club next season, and everything we've made from cup games against the erse cheeks is going into court cases is leaving us in even more uncertainty for next season. Both sides are blaming the other but neither of them is coming out of this looking blameless. And quite frankly i'm past caring about muck slinging and the blame game being played. I just want it sorted and someone new to come in so we can all get behind them and sing from the same song sheet. We need just one party in control and working to make us competitive in the Championship.
  7. Yep, that was disgusting behaviour by him, wanting names revealed so threats could be made towards them and their families, so they'd be scared to vote against Sevco joining the 2nd tier. That was after the Raith Chairman spoke out publicly against them and him and his family had threats made against them. Don't even know why Sevco fans worship him as some great guy either, he screwed as much money out of them as he could with the ridiculous wages he was being paid and failed to get them promoted out the Championship first time of asking, then continued being paid a fortune taking Gardening leave.
  8. Maybe worked out for the best, we usually get gallus when we play against teams getting a player sent off, pushing forward more, and our shite defence gets exposed even more.
  9. Sore one, Yengi is about 6ft 5 too, pretty high boot.
  10. Because it is 6 seasons, and before ours it was Killie and Accies getting it, most of the moans are based on generic pish that would get destroyed with proper research too.
  11. Hey he did his research, he asked some shoppers up the centre, not his fault he managed to find the only folk in Livingston that didn't support the erse cheeks or Edin teams..
  12. It isn't in Winter though is it, and that's where we see a big proportion of the season played, the pitches are vastly different. As i mentioned, even the richest club in Scotland's pitch was criticized by their own manager. Dundee's has been flooded several times, and was in poor condition yesterday, some parts covered in sand, St Johnstone's was like a tattie field, i'd argue ours is even better than some of the grass pitches over the Winter, certainly isn't any worse.
  13. Certainly tells me how much people need to get over it, after 6 seasons playing us on it. As i said it becomes a badge of honour that it annoys people so much, usually gets a mention pre match, even by managers (esp the erse cheeks) which shows how much it lives rent free in their heads. Then as an excuse post match for not playing well against us (not so much this season).
  14. Vincent isn't exactly thinking rationally when it comes to the Meadowbank/Livi conversations. He got all excited when he heard about the torchlight parade in Edinburgh, he ran and got his pitchfork to join them, thinking they were heading through to Livingston to chase us out of the SPFL.
  15. Ok, same company, same standard of pitch they used, same company laid them too, so only difference is the location.
  16. Thing is, we got promoted on a grass pitch that cut up like a tattie field by this time of the season, and affected the way the ball rolled a lot worse than our plastic pitch does. There are a few pitches in the top flight a total mess just now too, so if people want to set a certain kind of standard for plastic pitches, they should be doing the same with grass pitches. Anyway, this subject is like getting into a Meadowbank/Livi debate with Vincent, it has been done to death and we end up just going over and over the exact same arguments. I completely respect people not liking them, but a lot of their reasons for doing so don't stack up when looked at properly.
