Surely, Stenny will be home and hosed by the time any of you face them which throws a slight curve ball? I think if Stranraer can avoid defeat to you on Saturday then they have marginally the least difficult run in.
I tell you something. If John-Lewis was investigated after the Taylor Catterall fight then Foster should be getting investigated for scoring that 9 rounds to Clarke, that's a shocker.
I said before yesterday that if we won our home games we'd finish third. Given we have 3 tricky away games remaining (albeit the DU game may be a dead rubber for one/both of us) I think anything we can get from the games at EEP and Starks are welcome. In reality I think 5 points from here would be enough for third
Does anyone know. In the event where we reach the play offs and Ayr aren't involved, could Dowds return and play for us (assuming his contract is to the end of May) given that Tomi is out for the season and the only other striker we have is Diack apart from BBG?
Thanks. It definitely works going the other way. Can't see the likes of Gala and Gretna (if they survive) being happy about having to travel to Perth for league games but sucks to be them in that case.
This is the thing. I think if we get 6 points from the next two games we'll be 4th at worst this season. But the jekyll and Hyde nature of our performances all season is really not filling me with confidence.
Given we have united on Saturday I'd class this as a must win. So we'll inevitably do well to get a point and tbh I'm struggling to get excited about tonight, we seem to be stumbling towards the play offs again rather than establishing ourselves as perennial title challengers
Given how far back we're going, players like Alex Burns, Danny Lennon, Archie and Shaggy would all be absolute stick ons for me. I'd actually have Toastie ahead of BBG
