She was also beat to a 800m European title by a doped Russian athlete and only got a gold medal a year later. Feels sorry for Canadian girl who finished fourth more than herself in my opinion and seen her hugging and consoling her.

They are a couple of jobsworths on the Ayr to Glasgow train that I see always charging folk the peak fair no matter the time. One a wee older woman with specs who closely examines your ticket for a lot longer than any other conductor to the stage it gets awkward as f**k for everyone concerned.

I didn't even think I would like cats a couple of years ago but have two. Ginger one is Dexter and Milo the tabby cat. They were both easily trained to use the litter trays and just go out the back garden to chase flies, bees and try to bully other cats until they both come running back in with a puffy tail or ones launching itself through the fence at one. Btw they don't eat creme eggs just always curious what food we have incase something that is edible eg cold meat.

I used to always get the Irvine to Glasgow train 5 days a week for work but found it cheaper to car share with the misses! The prices are crazy for even monthly ticket (over £160 easily) and now over £12 for a peak daily return is a bump. Still have get it once a week on her day off and service is fine March to November but December to February wind, snow and flooding often delaying trains. They are very comfy and I know what trains to get that have plenty carriages and space but still get raging when some usually smelly b*****d gets on at Johnstone or Paisley and wakes me up. The trains home at peak time from Glasgow to Ayrshire are actually too frequent going through Paisley so end up held up and 5/10 minutes late all too often. If ever more than 30 minutes late highly recommend claiming it back. Done it a few times now and get money off next ticket.

Totally agree a 16 year old Nicolas Sturgeon would have whipped the floor with Dundale never mind now. I really despise Annabelle Lord Goldie she was struggling from the first question and voted for the Government as she was telt but tried to go off on tangents. Scottish Tories actually have a competent leader in Ruth Davidson who could take a lot of no voting Labour supporters.

Yeah they certainly could just never seen a tournament in indoor clay court always been outdoor clay courts and never seen major tennis tournaments played outside in a European winter. Having a quick search on Google its very uncommon to have an indoor clay court so would have to put it down fast plus you need a certain capacity for the Davis Cup Final.

Everyone has been talking about clay court in Belgium but surely if end of November it's going to have to be indoors hard court in a suitable venue? Never really seen tennis played in very cold conditions outdoor in November?!

Been off work last couple of days and great timing for a couple of runs on the bike. Just Irvine to Ardrossan & back Wednesday and Irvine to Troon today & back. Played 5s tonight and was blowing out my arse after 10 minutes, feel pretty unfit but was same this timr last year and by September was managing 45 km runs. I really don't know how people can do 80 plus miles a day. I've got a mountain bike I have had for 8 years so could do with something better or faster but don't feel worth the money for short distance runs just to keep the weight down and getting fit.

Although Rossvale (Central 2nd Division champions) don't currently play in Bishopbriggs at the moment (at Petershill, Springburn) I am sure their team is set up from Rossvale youth teams in Bishopbriggs and eventually plan to have a home ground in Bishopbriggs.

I just don't see what Mauresmo adds for Murray, he needs a far more experienced coach. I can see him sticking with her for full year before realising he needs another Lendl.
