  1. PTTGOYN: Damon Hill that single championship wining nonentity of a former racing driver who wasn't that good but was british and had a decent racing driver dad, has prevented a classy brilliant -alonso infuriating- move by -the 7 times champion and all round winner the living legend and its been revealed since he came back smiley nice guy as well-Michael Schumacher because he's a petty little vengeful little toad who for one day had a little power. rtbc: its sure to be overturned on appeal -because its clearly the wrong decision.
  2. i know. I was just agreeing with you re the merits of lemon curd.
  3. ah well if your just going to invoke curd to win the toast debate thats just unfair since your clearly correct.
  4. not wishing to provoke a debate but your both wrong. As I said, thick cut marmalade with big chunks in it trumps all spreads.
  5. i wonder if the removal of RTD from Dr Who was a measure to try and redress the balance.
  6. wrong. -I've acquired my points in that time. but the test was before that. edit: just checked the license its 2002.
  7. oi! I've been driving longer than you've been married by at least 2 years.
  8. watching season 5 on itunes. annoyingly you can't burn from itunes to disc. finished season 1 a week back.
  9. this is incorrect I'm afraid. The blend of the toast (crunch), butter (smooth salty greasyness) and the jam (though I prefer thick cut marmalade) gives the smooth/or preferably chunky sugary ness like the icing on the cake. this works particularly well if the butter melts. the nutella argument I agree with since I detest the stuff just on its boggin' grounds.
  10. technically i was quite deliberately angling for a quite specific invite from some specific people. in a general way of course.
  11. two speeding and one red light, tbf the two write offs probably make it high also but that wasn't relevant to my dunc point so.....
  12. do you or the main driver have any points? mine went up recently as I'm now on 9 points.......
  13. there'll be less of him now he's starting to decompose though, so its fair enough.
  14. lurpak is a blend of butter and oil. thus can never become solid.its always slightly malleable.
  15. this is incorrect. the tea goes in first -if possible suitably brewed in a pot yes, but bag removed before sugar into hot tea -sugar can then dissolve, then milk -if you have it in, I don't but that to taste. But scientifically speaking the milk raises the temperature of solution so would prevent sugar dissolving.
  16. no. because you take it out shortly before using it, to bring it up to room temp, you dont use it straight from fridge. obviously.
  17. correct. ffs even my yr8's (second year) now get this -having the egg's/butter in the fridge, both of which are ideal media for bacterial growth lowers the temperature and thus slows the bacterial growth. however when using butter and eggs it is advisable in my egg-perience to let them sit for a few minutes to facilitate spreading. -this does not need to be the case with 'spreadable' butters which aren't actually pure butter but an oil/butter blend thus the fats don't all solidify.
  18. Iplayer -"We are experiencing abnormal traffic" why exactly? the fulham game isn't on the bbc is it? and also, its not available onlineisit? other than that, I see no reason for 'abnormal traffic' I mean its not as if everyone has heard todays great british menu was fucking great and has tuned into watch again on iplayer is it?!
  19. pttgoyn: wee silly blonde -slightly attractive bbc political correspondants who shout silly questions that the politico in question obviously cant answer from 20 ft away, and this is news on the news channel. ffs.
  20. I suppose. it weird though -they're on rotation between depts (bio/chem/phys) and there has been no mention/reference to this allergy to this in any of the SEN stuff up till now- How you can reach the age of 13 without realising it is beyond me.
