  1. I see Elon has been saying covid vaccines cause heart attacks then removing the clarification bit that got added to the tweet. What a guy.
  2. Equally tinpot is Bonner (presumably) being unaware of Celtic's existing links to the City Group.
  3. Oh. Well, I'm still yet to find anyone who's done it without a passport. Good luck.
  4. Been a lot of "aliens are real it's being revealed tomorrow" greentexts from 4chan going about a lot lately. Bit of a minter for an actual news outlet to pick up on it.
  5. Volkswagen advert where the dad gets in his daughter's new car and says "at least it's not one of those electric cars" before she gets out and plugs it in. As if you would travel in an electric car and not realise.
  6. I'm just a lad from Leeds with a lust for life, yeah?
  7. Glenn is in reception. Miller? Hoddle? Close? Morangie?
  8. I think my favourite description of 2012 was a youtube comment I saw once saying Alonso dragged Henry the Hoover to within points of a championship. They seem to still be doing that, they're just a bit better looking now.
  9. Did Rosberg know he was going to be on the telly when he got dressed?
  10. Week 29 update Two deaths this week. First up, Tony Bennett: Tony Bennett obituary | Pop and rock | The Guardian One of google's suggested questions when you search for him is ""Who is the old singer that sand with Lady Gaga?" 11. Something a bit sad about how excited Mercedes were about that pole.
  12. Rangers at least have some inspiration to point to with that top: I think it predates their Dutch contingent though.
  13. What the f**k is this? Tinker Tailor Soldier C*nt?
  14. Collateral (2004) - Tom Cruise is a bad guy, but the kind of bad guy you like. Jamie Foxx has a real bad day. Michael Mann does LA with a much worse soundtrack. Gripping. War of the Worlds (2005) - Tom Cruise fights an unbearable amount of bloom, the world's most irritating child and the solar system's most useless embedded advance force. Andy Dufresne digs another tunnel. Any sense of social uncertainty from the source material doesn't translate. Born on the Fourth of July (1989) - Tom Cruise gets in a bad place then turns his life around having sex with a woman because he is a man. Also some stuff about war being bad. Gravity (2013) - Sandra Bullock has a real bad day, hallucinates a bit then embodies an evolution of a new existence. The Russians do a thing. Character study feels like something that works better with proper context, throwing in an offhand reference in a conversation with someone who would already know your life doesn't work. Still very good. Can only imagine what it would have been like on a big screen.
  15. If a shop has two staff in and one is on tills and one is doing anything else, the one on tills isn't always doing something. The one on tills can either go and do something else and go to tills when they have to, or they can be done away with altogether.
  16. Tell him to stick a goose up his arse.
  17. If he hadn't signed for Raith, would he still be playing for Clyde now?
