I assume there are laptops all over Scotland running red hot right now to get compilations of The Best of Margaret Mitchell up on YouTube ASAP. As soon as anyone finds one, please link to it.

Can't fucking believe I ditched the stream before the end. Damn it, Dave!

When she started I genuinely thought she was about to deliver some sucker-punch coup de grace .... I just didn't expect it to be a knock-out blow to herself

  2. Margaret Mitchell was absolutely desperate to spout that diatribe as well, offered a few minutes, said she needed 15 ffs lol

Do you think it was a combined effort? Murdo DRoss etc sitting sniggering into the night as they botched together that utter shambles of a rant

14 hours of questioning the last two SNP FMs and Cole-Hamilton, Baillie, Murdo and Mitchell all managed individual point-and-laugh moments that made them look ten times worse than the two giving evidence

Apologies if I'm picking you up wrong but she submitted written evidence back in August.

I think he means a pre prepared opening statement ?

OK, didn't watch Salmond so was unaware thar he had one.

He is calling the FM a liar.  If she is found guilty of breaking the Ministerial Code and doesn't resign then I think you may hear him publically calling for her resignation.

He explicitly accused her of breaking the ministerial code. That is clearly a resignation matter. I'm not saying that she did breach the code however him saying she broke it is as good as him asking for a resignation.

When asked if he thought she should resign if found guilty he said 'Not for me'

  5. Remember when everyone pointed-and-laughed at Celtic's greeting faced fans cause they thought the World and it's dug was against them - the Rangers fans at least seemed to have some sort of perspective on the duopolies grip over everything from fixture lists to tv coverage, reporting, referees, prize money ... every-fucking-thing

And then the blue dafties went tits up and decided the world was against them as well

The two most pampered clubs in the entire fucking world supported by the most utterly deluded fans in the entire World

Wish they'd do something about the carpet in the chamber. It's horribly dated already, strobes like a b*****d on the telly, and must be responsible for inducing fits in vulnerable viewers.

The entire chamber gets on my tits, especially those swirly lines on each podium.

Telts a plenty so far this afternoon.

She hasn't got a crystal ball and he's a part time politician who said we should delay locking down - thank f'ck it wasn't him in charge.

On top of that she's going to let the electorate judge her performance by standing for election in May while he's hiding away from scrutiny by sneaking in on the list.

    Night and day between them.

I’ve also noticed an increase in people claiming she’s breaching travel restrictions and going to Bridge of Allen...not sure where that’s come from.

I only drop in and out of this thread - am I being wooshed or is that a genuine 'not sure' ?

And to think that this thread was originally created to wid/widnae.

Anyone else find it weird that the most common complaint about the First Minister on Twitter still seems to be that they don't find her physically attractive? I'd take that as a compliment if it was the main gripe in a performance review.

Kate Forbes is a potential SNP leader, and she's obviously an absolute fucking wid - makes me wonder what the dafties would focus on if/when she's in charge.

Shows what happens when everyone pulls together, the Scot Gov getting the British army involved will have helped here as well.

The numbers improved with new hubs opening and the completion of the Care Home roll-out - 81 armed forces personnel joined 9000 vaccinators four days after that upturn

Alister Jack played a blinder publishing the UK's letter offering help - many people genuinely believe the upturn was due to the army

That's not to say their help isn't appreciated of course.
