We didn't create a single chance in 90minutes. TC can't play as a lone striker. He looked a lonely figure at times tonight. When McKinley went off injured at 1-0 down we could have gambled with 3 at the back. Instead we moved Urquhart back at a time we were looking to get a goal. Holidays/injuries had as 5 players missing of which 4 were defenders.

We are clueless and shapeless. Now 2 midfielders and a forward(?) In defence.

That's 45 minutes I won't get back...!! Disappointing we have 5 players absent. Resulting in 2 midfielders at full back. Not a decent chance in 45 minutes

Ben will be a massive miss. His coverage was for many their best way of getting to know how games had went when they were working/holidays etc. My late cousin who was based in England used to spend his Sunday waiting for Ben's upload onto you tube. Thanks Ben

Maybe calling clubs bluff and seeing if their still willing to invest on ground improvements. A big influx of clubs who jumped for benefits without showing willingness beforehand. Some clubs who have moved have spent nothing for years.

Marley Gray. McKinley McKenzie. Trialist Sloane Rooster Urquhart Ronald TC Coco. Urquhart got injured when enjoying a good game. Rooster top performer by a mile for me. Felt we looked well short early doors and kilsyth were worthy of a 2-0 lead - not sure if I blame fitness or lack of matches. As the game progressed we improved and probably just about deserved the victory. McKinley at centre half looks decent no nonsense type. Batchy was decent enough when he came on. Real test starts Saturday

Last preseason friendly tonight before business starts on Saturday. Kilsyth away with a 7.15 pm kick off. Been a fairly subdued pre-season with player availability not giving a full roster to choose from - so hard to really judge where we are in the preparation stakes for the new season.

Didn't fancy Rutherglen for a Honeymoon then...!! Congratulations to all.

All three signings we have made during close season were announced on Facebook. Kevin Watt (KRR), Kevin McKinlay (Berwick) and Kyle Marley (Cumbernauld Colts) I assume McKinlay is on holidays as don't think we have seen him yet

Not that it was needed - but you just have confirmed that while most teams work with squads of 18-20, Kelty had that on the bench alone. You must have the biggest squad outside of the Premier League. Fair play to you if your business model is generating the income to finance that size of squad. Only 5 bookings for late tackles - must have been a right result for 'The Gang' I'm delighted we saw out the game with only the 1 injury from your approach.
