Thick and thinner and aw that.
If it wasn't for these "hangers on" there'd be no WW.
Worth noting there's nobody prepared to come forward whether that be the powers of social media or not. No easy running a fitba team when helpers are few and far between.
And that should be reasons that results for about 4 years have been diabolical, 80% of teams at all levels prob need more money and need more help... some that do can get competitive teams together

Paul Tansey in the starting 11 words fail
Down another tier and thrashed 5-1 at home rounds off a pitiful week for Whitehill Welfare FC.
Those in charge should hang their heads in shame.
Wrightly or wrongly some people have a clear agenda,i am bot getting into the issues with tansley, off the pitch some real impressive stuff have happened at whithill over the last 3 years, on the pitch iits been absolutely horrific, from player standard, discipline too player turnover, budget is obviously an issue but if thats gonna be the focal point constantly for failure reasons on the pitch whats the point...

What an utter crew...after fort william there will not be a team with a worst set of results in the last 5 years, not a soul rises above the parapet to call out the mediocrity that has been festering for years...

Fair play to the Hearts. It couldn't have been easy holding their own when being kicked around and battered senseless by ten giant, villanous thugs of the likes of Lewis Stevenson and Elias Melkerson, but despite their many casualties and broken and lost limbs, they managed to hang on to their one goal lead.
Congratulations to the surviving members of the Hearts team, and good luck in the final!
Utterly raging

It does, although I strangely liked watching Meadowbank and Edinburgh Gunners (as they were known then) play there. It had a steep seating area so if you sat more than about half way back the view was really good. Having the warm up track under the stand was good fun when I was a nipper too, running up and down and pretending I was an Olympian while my old man queued up for the cups of tea and Txix bars.
I could never understand the universal hatred off meadowbank stadium, granted the running track never helped the product but i always enjoyed visiting there likewise played a good few boys clubs 5 a side comps in the halls and always enjoyed the occasion.

I if you are a WW supporter, you have been worried all season about retaining your position as a Premier League Club in 2022-23. After today’s result, any lingering hopes must surely have got.
Five matches ago, HoB had 22pts while WW had 15pts. Now HoB are on 25 and WW on 18. Huge turnaround and it looks like HoB now have the momentum to climb higher than their current position of 14th. This means, if WW are to climb out of bottom 4. They have to make up at least 11 points on LTHV and hoping other teams lose all matches or draw against other teams in current relegation places.
With only a max of 21 remaining, prospects are sadly bleak for our Midlothian neighbours.
We have had a good length of time to prepare for the bottom of the pyramid, it will be bo shock and accepted meekly, the highs of the 80s and 90s will live long in the memories, the modern era is a period of dissapointing times..thats football for ya

Unfortunately the relegation of 4 or 5 created by a season with no relegation and another null and void with WW saved both times.
Relegation is what it is, the manner of it is staggering, we have gone a full 360 from winning virtually every week to losing virtually every week, at least the good times were unparalleled,

Looking back a 3-2 win against 10 man Dundonald the only win and even goals scored since getting knocked out the Challenge Cup by Coldstream at the beginning of September.
There will be no global pandemic to save this time.
Have we had a plague of locusts yet...
