  1. Get Hanley in for his aerial prowess at set pieces and at the back. Hanley>McKenna, in my opinion. I wouldn't have McGregor in the squad nevermind on the pitch unless in an attacking role. We have many options in attacking role, so only have him if players out injured. McGregor is too lazy defensively. Agree on Solomon nullify him. Zahavi and Dabbur can't score if they don't get service. Israel back line is shaky to say the least, we must exploit this.
  2. Moldova are dug shite. If we don't pick up 6 points from them, we don't deserve to qualify. I'm not saying we will hammer them but we should win there.
  3. I think they should both play. Armstrong is a quality player who needs a run in the team to show his best. Both provide drive and ingenuity.
  4. After Denmark winning tonight and our draw. We need to go all out to get a result against Israel. I'm sick of the sight of Israel. Israel have to come out and attack and get result after tonight's loss. We have the players to exploit that and get a result. Tactical masterclass required from Clarke, which he is capable of. Get Fraser up front with Dykes or Adams.
  5. What I took from game: Christie being grappled in box, stonewall penalty. Ref knew he f*cked it, cut us a bit of slack claiming foul on Tierney, for Austria's non goal. Took to long to get into game from start. O'Donnell did well. Alaba did not have a good game. Hendry did well. Second goal for Austria, difficult flight on ball. Hanley could have been better positioned, but that might be a bit harsh. We need to be far more clinical in the box. Dykes or Christie should have buried keepers blunder in first half. Christie is a good player but needs to be more clinical. Belter from McGinn. Hanley doing what Hanley is good at, good header. Showed good spirit to get back into game. We should have won, just a bit more belief and luck. Austria will take points off Denmark and so will we.
  6. Sometimes a new face and fresh approach is exactly what's needed. I would like to see Duncan Sinclair, "Big Sinky" back at Gow but that's just a personal opinion but anyone that can take us forward will do for me.
  7. Rab built teams repeatedly from scratch and won promotions on a few occasions and champions twice. Although sometimes it does take time as you say, we will just have to wait and see.
  8. If you have the capacity to do it, then apply its open to all.
  9. I've supported them for 38 years. We are in Conference B, I think from memory but would need to double check it.
  10. It won't be the first time we've had to do it. With covid easing with vaccination program, by summer things will be much better I don't think we will struggle for players or new team management, and the draw of WOFSL will help too. At least new management team has plenty time to identify targets and secure them before new season starts.
  11. As far as I'm aware squad wise, they will be almost starting from scratch, so it's a good opportunity for someone. Due to covid they decided not to take part in this season, so players left to go elsewhere or stopped playing. It's a good hard working committee, so whoever comes in will receive good backing.
  12. Maybe looking to freshen things up, due to longevity. Both Rab and Eric have their own businesses and 17 years devotion takes a lot out of you. I'm only surmising. Facebook links only confirm more what I've said and they have said they are open to applications. Rab and Eric will still help committee in the background, so not leaving club completely.
  13. Robert Irving - manager Eric Watson - coach Will still be helping on committee. Davy Jackson - coach Will be leaving to join the Fire Service. 14. Or 15 Mars rovers. People should be getting jailed on the back of this, absurd robbery on the public purse. I'm sure it has made a difference to Dildo Harding and her Tory donor husband. Their cocaine habit must be through the roof.

  17. Tories gonna Tory. Classes in duplicity must be the main subject in Eton, the school for the terminally abhorrent human beings.
  18. I think a bit of positivity and incentive are required now from SG. We have vaccines and say if we can get figures down to a certain level regards infection and vaccinations to a certain point, by X date. Then we can do a, b and c, to give people hope and something to aim for. This relentless negativity and never ending lockdowns are doing no one's mental health or general state any good, whatsoever. I'm well aware that caution/negativity is easier to do but it's grinding people down and is the lazy route through this second lockdown. As for "class" being an issue. Society has a price and successive government's have not been paying it, and covid has highlighted this, ten fold. I prefer not to buy into "class" as its another division foisted upon us by government, who wish to divide us, so we don't stand against them. They say you judge a country/government on how it treats its poor, sick and disabled and looking at that from a UK point of view, even before covid, it was appalling.
  19. Living in the bigot belt, I am constantly asked at newsagents all over, what colour of lighter I want. I buy it for lighting component, but there are real grown adults, refusing lighters because of colour. Needless to say, I always have a green lighter.
  20. The rise of the self entitled, selfish c**t began some time ago. This vaccine fiasco, is just another highlight of it.
  21. Looks like, no one is Neil Lennon now within the Parkhead faithful. How times have changed.
  22. All this talk of tier 4, is starting to get on my wick. SG say for example South Lanarkshire is remaining stubbornly high but not rising. Our cases having dropped 10% in the last month and sitting around 260 per 100k is NOT tier 4 material. Well maybe if they shut schools and further education down for a month it might help. Regain this month through Easter and Summer holidays. In my opinion, SG will start to lose support for measures as everyone is doing their best, while the elephant in the room is being ignored. As for covid not being allowed in schools bullshit, two high schools local to me, one is running at half capacity and other isn't far away from that, due to covid. In summary bringing tier 4 in will make no difference at all, it will only serve to piss off further the people that are doing their best to adhere, which is what you don't want.
