  1. Tough today and massively frustrating afternoon. Congratulations to The Burgh for keeping at it, we'll have better days but even if it goes to the last minute before you get ahead it's three points. Credit to Tweedmouth, suffered some difficult games this season and still managed to make life difficult for us and even camped as they were in their own half I still felt for them a bit shipping it so late, created their own chances as well. Thanks also to their massive gibbon of a keeper who managed to con the referee into booking Mati King and who is in for an Oscar nomination for his utter twattery this afternoon during his Shakespearean performance, fud of a man . To be honest take it elsewhere you shrieking twat, that kind of pish has no place at our level. Arse. Anyway, made it a bit more exciting.
  2. Not to argue because they're hopeless in all areas but the SPFL administer the League Cup rather than the SFA.
  3. Makes sense to do it next season as a final adjustment to format (given it's a wholesale move) to allow teams to adjust to the new set-up, be fairly ludicrous to have another season like this in the West this time, easier to move the junior set-up across with teams if they're moving doing so based on their pl;acing this season. It's not season after season, next year will see a whole new league come in won't it? Makes no sense to place clubs like Auchinleck and Pollk at the lowest tier if they choose to move as part of the league. West's going to require a league feeding into the Lowland as well long term, feel it all makes sense to get it going as early as possible. Teams from Tayside/North would likely be best placed a bit lower down the pyramid initially (although there will be one or two in Tayside who are stronger then the others).
  4. Ludicrous situation and it's likely denied them a Scottish place next year. Lithgae fans might want to remember the time Ronnie McPherson was named for a cup final against Musselburgh a few seasons back though when he'd played in the tournament already with another club and cup-tied himself, other club being, errrrr Musselburgh. Only the honesty of the Athletic officials prevented Lithgae getting their fingers burnt so the amateurism isn't on Bo'ness's part alone, ludicrous that history has repeated itself though.
  5. Can't remember, there was two of them against Bo'ness so I get all mixed up.
  6. Bit more sober than the guy who had to get bits of the blaize track picked out of his coupon at Sauchie by your physio when we done you 4-1 in a final a few years back. Not his best decision in life to dance like a gibbon on that wall, gave the rest of us a chuckle though. Still memorable, added to a good day. Non league fans boasting about their gargantuan support of 150 (which according to others is debatable) and then replying we're not you are when reminded off some of your fans inability to handle a drink. Your patter's from the primary playground. You all give and the others have to clean up.
  7. Oooh, Billy Big Baws. Some of ours are sober though.
  8. We're all forever grateful for you deigning to grace us with your almighty visiting support of errrr, 150.
  9. Enjoyable day up at Easthouses, good 3 points for us as well and were made to work for them. Saw Leith last week against EK and they looked better than early season against us but without wishing to sound patronising Easthouses looked the strongest opponents we've had this far outwith our regular junior opponents.
  10. Enjoyable looking trip on Saturday. Not been to Easthouses for years, last time was a friendly back in the 80's with The Burgh, not even sure they're at the same ground. public park back then. Best thing about this season is the freshness games like these have brought in playing against teams we never normally faced.
  11. Pretty much what I got as well, 59 both times I counted.
  12. Game aff, pretty sure it's not the first time we've had weather difficulties at HoB.
  13. Just jealous to be honest, having to curtail it for health reasons.
  14. Think he's passed oot into an alcohol induced coma, been a long weekend for him.
  15. It has to be assumed that Musselburgh stole all your sweeties at some point in the past, can't say I remember going on to The Cuikie, Dalkeith Thistle threads or even seeing a Burntisland Shipyard one at any point. That said I do remember the high spirits after my first ever beer so should make allowances. Anyway better head off and gloat like a wean on the Oakley thread, didn't realise it was necessary till now.
  16. Been a privilege to watch many of them, well done Matti.
  17. Pretty comfortable win mate. Not quite one-way traffic but Hawick are going to be one of the weaker sides in the conference. That said credit to them for keeping at it, plenty effort from them and a great club to visit, wish we'd been down there on a Saturday because it would have been a great away-day. Goals from Matti King (2), David Maskrey and Nathan Evans if I remember right
  18. Sparse down at Hawick tonight, headcount of 37.
  19. Not a problem, thanks for collating these, much appreciated.
  20. Headcount of 84 at Oakley v The Burgh. Sorry, meant to put this in earlier.
  21. Excellent three points today, Mati's goal was a stonker, great work from Nathan as well. Oakley's going to be a hard team for others to face as well, good day at the office.
